Claims (26)
1. Композитный материал, в частности, переключаемый функциональный материал, предпочтительно композитные частицы, содержащий
(а) пористый материал носителя, в частности, пористые частицы, и
(b) набухаемый материал,
причем поры пористого материала носителя содержат набухаемый материал,
причем пористый материал носителя представляет собой минеральный наполнитель или смесь из минеральных наполнителей,
причем пористый материал носителя включает преимущественно открытопористую систему, и
причем набухаемый материал получен в порах пористого материала носителя.
2. Композитный материал по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что композитный материал является дисперсным материалом.
3. Композитный материал по пп. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что композитные частицы характеризуются размерами частиц в диапазоне от 0,5 мкм до 5 мм, в частности, от 0,5 мкм до 1 мм, предпочтительно от 1 до 500 мкм, предпочтительно от 1 до 200 мкм, более предпочтительно от 2 до 100 мкм, в особенности предпочтительно от 3 до 80 мкм, в частности, предпочтительно от 5 до 30 мкм.
4. Композитный материал по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что пористый материал носителя включает открытопористую систему.

Композитный материал по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что минеральный наполнитель выбран из диоксидов кремния, в частности, пирогенных диоксидов кремния, ксерогелей, в частности, силикагелей, диатомитовой земли, цеолитов, аэрогелей, перлита, туфа, вспученной глины, вермикулита и дополнительных слоистых силикатов, в частности, бентонита и/или каолинита, и их смесей.
6. Композитный материал по п. 5, отличающийся тем, что минеральный наполнитель выбран из диоксидов кремния, в частности, пирогенных диоксидов кремния, силикагелей, диатомитовой земли и их смесей, предпочтительно пирогенных диоксидов кремния, силикагелей и их смесей.
7. Композитный материал по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что
объем набухаемого материала в ходе процесса набухания увеличивается по отношению к объему ненабухшего набухаемого материала в соответствии, по меньшей мере, с коэффициентом 0,5, в частности, по меньшей мере, с коэффициентом 1, предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, с коэффициентом 2, более предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, с коэффициентом 3, и/или
тем, что объем набухаемого материала в ходе процесса набухания увеличивается по отношению к объему ненабухшего набухаемого материала в соответствии с коэффициентом в диапазоне от 0,5 до 10, в частности, от 1 до 8, предпочтительно от 2 до 7, более предпочтительно от 3 до 6.
8. Композитный материал по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что набухаемый материала выбран из природных полимеров, синтетических полимеров, минеральных веществ и их смесей, в частности, природных и синтетических полимеров и их смесей, предпочтительно синтетических полимеров.
9. Композитный материал по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что природный полимер выбран из альгинатов, альгиновой кислоты, амилозы, амилопектина, агар-агара, желатина, каллозы, каррагенана, целлюлозы, хитина, хитозана, декстрана, гулуроновой кислоты, инулина, ламинарина, лихенина, пуллулана, пустулана, крахмала, производных крахмала, ксантана и их смесей.
10. Композитный материал по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что синтетический полимер выбран из (мет)акрилатов, поли(мет)акриловой кислоты, солей поли(мет)акриловой кислоты, полиакриламида, полиспиртов и их со- и терполимеров и смесей.
11. Композитный материал по любому из предшествующих пп., отличающийся тем, что набухаемый полимер представляет собой сверхвпитывающий полимер.
12. Применение композитного материала, в частности, композитных частиц, по пп. 1-11 в покрытиях, в частности, в фасадных покрытиях, противокоррозионных покрытиях, противообледенительных покрытиях и/или деревозащитных покрытиях.
13. Способ изготовления композитного материала, в частности, композитных частиц,
отличающийся тем, что
(а) на первой стадии способа подают пористый несущий материал и
(b) на второй стадии способа, следующей после первой стадии способа (а), набухаемый материал получают в порах пористого материала носителя.
14. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что на стадии способа (а) вводят пористый материал носителя в массе или в виде дисперсии.
15. Способ по п. 13 или 14, отличающийся тем, что на стадии способа (b) к пористому материалу носителя добавляют предшественников набухаемого материала в жидкой форме, в частности, в виде раствора или дисперсии.
