Abstract
Description
前記第1外側粘着層および前記第2外側粘着層のうちの少なくとも1つは、重量平均分子量100,000g/mol以上1,500,000g/mol以下の高分子量プレポリマーおよび重量平均分子量1,000g/mol以上80,000g/mol以下の低分子量プレポリマーを含む外側粘着組成物の硬化物を含む多層粘着テープを提供する。
前記第1外側粘着層および前記第2外側粘着層のガラス転移温度は、それぞれ−60℃以上−20℃以下である
5重量部の2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート、75重量部のイソボルニルアクリレート、20重量部のヒドロキシエチルアクリレート、および2重量部のベンゾフェノンメタクリレートを溶液重合して、重量平均分子量が40,000g/mol、ガラス転移温度が50℃の低分子量プレポリマーを製造した。
5重量部の2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート、75重量部のイソボルニルアクリレート、20重量部のヒドロキシエチルアクリレート、および2重量部のベンゾフェノンメタクリレートを含む組成物を溶液重合して、重量平均分子量が50,000g/mol、ガラス転移温度が50℃の低分子量プレポリマーを製造した。
10重量部の2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート、70重量部のイソボルニルアクリレート、20重量部のヒドロキシエチルアクリレート、および2重量部のベンゾフェノンメタクリレートを含む組成物を溶液重合して、重量平均分子量が50,000g/mol、ガラス転移温度が40℃の低分子量プレポリマーを製造した。
5重量部の2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート、75重量部のイソボルニルアクリレート、20重量部のヒドロキシエチルアクリレート、および2重量部のベンゾフェノンメタクリレートを含む組成物を溶液重合して、重量平均分子量が500g/mol、ガラス転移温度が50℃の低分子量プレポリマーを製造した。
50重量部の2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート、30重量部のイソボルニルアクリレート、20重量部のヒドロキシエチルアクリレート、および2重量部のベンゾフェノンメタクリレートを含む組成物を溶液重合して、重量平均分子量が40,000g/mol、ガラス転移温度が−20℃の低分子量プレポリマーを製造した。
5重量部の2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート、75重量部のイソボルニルアクリレート、20重量部のヒドロキシエチルアクリレート、および2重量部のベンゾフェノンメタクリレートを含む組成物を溶液重合して、重量平均分子量が100,000g/mol、ガラス転移温度が50℃の低分子量プレポリマーを製造した。
80重量部の2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート、10重量部のイソボルニルメタクリレート、10重量部のアクリル酸を溶液重合して、重量平均分子量が500,000g/molの高分子量プレポリマーを製造した。
実施例1〜実施例4および比較例1〜比較例5による粘着テープの物性評価結果は下記表2の通りである。
20μmの印刷段差を有するベゼル部および印刷段差のない画面部を有する1.1Tの厚さのガラス基板上に製造された多層粘着テープを付着させ、その上に0.55Tの厚さのガラス基板を積層した。そして、40℃および4barの条件のオートクレーブに20分間放置した後、ベゼル部の4つの頂点部分で段差を十分に克服できずに生成される気泡の個数、および24時間経過後の画面部での遅延性気泡(delayed bubble)を確認して段差埋め込み性を評価した。具体的には、遅延性気泡が1個以下の場合に◎、遅延性気泡が2個であって遅延性気泡(delayed bubble)が弱く発生する場合に○、遅延性気泡が3個であって遅延性気泡(delayed bubble)が強く発生する場合に△、遅延性気泡が4個以上で遅延性気泡(delayed bubble)が強く発生する場合にXと評価した。
製造された多層粘着テープを20μmの印刷段差を有するベゼル部および印刷段差のない画面部を有する1.1Tの厚さのガラス基板上に付着させ、40℃および4barの条件のオートクレーブに20分間放置し、常温条件で24時間放置した後、多層粘着テープを除去する時、多層粘着テープが切れずに一度にすべて除去される場合に◎、多層粘着テープが切れるものの5回以下の除去作業が必要な場合に○、多層粘着剤が切れやすくて6回以上の除去作業が必要な場合に△、多層粘着剤が切れやすくて除去作業が不可能な場合にXと評価した。
製造された多層粘着テープをポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルムにバッキングした後、1.1Tの厚さのガラス基材に2kgのローラを用いて付着させ、オートクレーブ(60℃、7bar)に30分間放置後に、25℃、25RH%の恒温恒湿条件で剥離角度を180度にしてASTM D903により測定し、剥離力が2,500g/in以上の場合に◎、剥離力が2,000g/in以上2,500g/in未満の場合に○、1,500g/in以上2,500g/in未満の場合に△、1,500g/in未満の場合にXと評価した。

Claims (15)
- 第1外側粘着層と、中間粘着層と、第2外側粘着層とが順次に備えられ、
前記第1外側粘着層および前記第2外側粘着層のうちの少なくとも1つは、重量平均分子量100,000g/mol以上1,500,000g/mol以下の高分子量プレポリマーおよび重量平均分子量1,000g/mol以上80,000g/mol以下の低分子量プレポリマーを含む外側粘着組成物の硬化物を含む多層粘着テープ。 - 前記低分子量プレポリマーのガラス転移温度は、0℃以上80℃以下である、請求項1に記載の多層粘着テープ。
- 前記低分子量プレポリマーは、光重合官能基含有(メタ)アクリレート単量体の重合単位を含む、請求項1に記載の多層粘着テープ。
- 前記光重合官能基含有(メタ)アクリレート単量体は、ベンゾフェノン系官能基、キノン系官能基、およびチオキサントン系官能基からなる群より選択される1種以上の光重合官能基が結合した(メタ)アクリレート単量体である、請求項3に記載の多層粘着テープ。
- 前記光重合官能基含有(メタ)アクリレート単量体の重合単位の含有量は、前記低分子量プレポリマーの全重合単位100重量部に対して、0.01重量部以上10重量部以下である、請求項2または4に記載の多層粘着テープ。
- 前記低分子量プレポリマーの含有量は、前記高分子量プレポリマー100重量部に対して、1重量部以上25重量部以下である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の多層粘着テープ。
- 前記高分子量プレポリマーは、アルキル基含有(メタ)アクリレート単量体の重合単位、ヘテロシクロアルキル基含有(メタ)アクリレート単量体の重合単位のうちの少なくとも1種の(メタ)アクリレート単量体の重合単位;および極性官能基含有単量体の重合単位を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の多層粘着テープ。
- 前記ヘテロシクロアルキル基含有(メタ)アクリレート単量体の重合単位の含有量は、前記高分子量プレポリマーの全重合単位100重量部に対して、1重量部以上15重量部以下である、請求項7に記載の多層粘着テープ。
- 前記極性官能基含有単量体の重合単位の含有量は、前記高分子量プレポリマーの全重合単位100重量部に対して、0重量部超過20重量部以下である、請求項7に記載の多層粘着テープ。
- 前記中間粘着層のガラス転移温度は、−40℃以上0℃以下である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の多層粘着テープ。
- 前記第1外側粘着層および前記第2外側粘着層のガラス転移温度は、それぞれ−60℃以上−20℃以下である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の多層粘着テープ。
- 前記中間粘着層は、アルキル基含有(メタ)アクリレート単量体の重合単位;シクロアルキル基含有(メタ)アクリレート単量体の重合単位;および極性官能基含有単量体の重合単位を含む中間粘着重合体を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の多層粘着テープ。
- 前記中間粘着層の厚さは、30μm以上100μm以下である、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の多層粘着テープ。
- 前記第1外側粘着層および前記第2外側粘着層の厚さは、それぞれ25μm以上60μm以下である、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の多層粘着テープ。
- 前記多層粘着テープは、前記第1外側粘着層と中間粘着層との間に備えられた第1界面混合層と、前記第2外側粘着層と前記中間粘着層との間に備えられた第2界面混合層とをさらに含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の多層粘着テープ。
