Claims (10)
- 光学フィルムを準備するステップ、
前記光学フィルム上に第1整列マークを形成するステップ、
前記第1整列マークの位置を基に前記光学フィルム上に予め定められた閉曲線レイアウトに対応する裁断ラインを形成するステップ、
第2整列マークが形成されたパネルを準備するステップ、
前記第1整列マークおよび前記第2整列マークの位置を基に光学フィルムおよびパネルのうち少なくともいずれか一つを他の一つに整列させるステップ、および
前記裁断ラインが形成された加工後の光学フィルムを前記パネルにラミネートするステップ
を含む、ディスプレイユニットの製造方法。 - 前記光学フィルムは、偏光フィルムと、前記偏光フィルムの一面側に配置される表面保護フィルムと、前記偏光フィルムの他面側に配置されるキャリアフィルムと、を備える、請求項1に記載のディスプレイユニットの製造方法。
- 前記裁断ラインは、前記キャリアフィルムは残しておき、前記表面保護フィルムおよび前記偏光フィルムを切断して形成される、請求項2に記載のディスプレイユニットの製造方法。
- 前記第1整列マークは、前記表面保護フィルムおよび前記キャリアフィルムのいずれか一つに形成される、請求項2または請求項3に記載のディスプレイユニットの製造方法。
- 前記第1整列マークは前記キャリアフィルムに形成される、請求項4に記載のディスプレイユニットの製造方法。
- 前記ラミネートは、前記加工後の光学フィルムから前記キャリアフィルムを剥離した後に行われる、請求項5に記載のディスプレイユニットの製造方法。
- 前記パネルのレイアウトおよび前記裁断ラインは非線形ラインを含む、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイユニットの製造方法。
- 前記パネルのレイアウトおよび前記裁断ラインは非線形ラインのみからなる、請求項7に記載のディスプレイユニットの製造方法。
- 前記第1整列マークを形成するステップにおいては、少なくとも2個の第1整列マークを形成する、請求項8に記載のディスプレイユニットの製造方法。
- 前記裁断ラインによって囲まれる内部は前記第1整列マークを含まない、請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイユニットの製造方法。
