Claims (15)
- 円筒形状を有し、鉛直軸(A)に沿って配置されるシェルアンドチューブ式機器(10)であって、共通の管束(16)に両側で連結される上方室(12)および下方室(14)を備え、前記上方室(12)には、第1の流体を注入するための少なくとも1つの入口ノズル(18)が設けられ、前記管束(16)は、前記管束(16)を通じて前記第1の流体と熱を交換する第2の流体を注入および排出するためのノズル(22; 24)が設けられるシェル(20)によって包囲され、前記上方室(12)は、前記第1の流体を前記管束(16)に向けて均一に送達するように構成される少なくとも1つの分配装置(26)を取り囲み、前記少なくとも1つの分配装置(26)は、前記鉛直軸(A)の周りに配置されると共に前記少なくとも1つの入口ノズル(18)と流体連通している環状通路(28)を備える、シェルアンドチューブ式機器(10)において、
前記少なくとも1つの分配装置(26)は、前記環状通路(28)を形成するために、それぞれの鉛直縁(72、74)において一緒に密接に結合される円状の台形の複数の通路モジュール(30)を備えることを特徴とするシェルアンドチューブ式機器(10)。 - 各々の通路モジュール(30)は、前記環状通路(28)の周囲縁を形成する外側鉛直壁(34)、および、前記管束(16)に向けて流れる前記第1の流体のためのオーバーフロー縁(38)が設けられる内側鉛直壁(36)と一体の水平に配置された基礎板(32)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシェルアンドチューブ式機器(10)。
- 前記基礎板(32)と、前記外側鉛直壁(34)と、前記内側鉛直壁(36)とは、それぞれの弓形の結合部分(40、42)において溶接によって一緒に結合されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシェルアンドチューブ式機器(10)。
- 前記外側鉛直壁(34)は、前記内側鉛直壁(36)の全体の高さ(H2)より大きい、前記鉛直軸(A)に沿って測定される全体の高さ(H1)を有することを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のシェルアンドチューブ式機器(10)。
- 前記オーバーフロー縁(38)は、上方へ向けられた凸部(46)と下方へ向けられた凹部(48)とを交互に伴う鋸歯状の輪郭を有することを特徴とする請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載のシェルアンドチューブ式機器(10)。
- 前記基礎板(32)には、前記シェルアンドチューブ式機器(10)の動作構成においてそれぞれのキャップで閉じられる少なくとも1つの排出貫通孔(50)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載のシェルアンドチューブ式機器(10)。
- 少なくとも1つの通路モジュール(30)には、そのそれぞれの外側鉛直壁(34)における貫通穴(52)が設けられ、前記貫通穴(52)は少なくとも1つの前記入口ノズル(18)と流体連通していることを特徴とする請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載のシェルアンドチューブ式機器(10)。
- 各々の通路モジュール(30)には、そのそれぞれの鉛直縁(72、74)のうちの少なくとも1つにフランジ部分(44)が設けられ、前記フランジ部分(44)は、隣接する通路モジュール(30)の対応するフランジ部分(44)と結合するために構成されることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のシェルアンドチューブ式機器(10)。
- 前記フランジ部分(44)は、隣接するフランジ部分(44)の対応する平坦面を向く平坦面を備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシェルアンドチューブ式機器(10)。
- 前記フランジ部分(44)には、それぞれの結合ボルトの挿入のための少なくとも1つの貫通孔(62)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載のシェルアンドチューブ式機器(10)。
- 前記フランジ部分(44)には、前記環状通路(28)の底に配置される少なくとも1つの切欠き(54)が設けられ、前記切欠き(54)は、隣接するフランジ部分(44)を通る前記第1の流体の流れを容易にすることを特徴とする請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載のシェルアンドチューブ式機器(10)。
- 前記分配装置(26)には、2つの隣接する通路モジュール(30)のそれぞれの前記フランジ部分(44)の間に少なくとも1つの封止要素(56)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項8から11のいずれか一項に記載のシェルアンドチューブ式機器(10)。
- 前記封止要素(56)は鉛直に配置されるガスケットであることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のシェルアンドチューブ式機器(10)。
- 前記上方室(12)には、所定の直径(D)の円形開口部(58)が上部に設けられ、前記通路モジュール(30)の各々は、前記上方室(12)への各々の通路モジュール(30)の挿入、および/または、前記円形開口部(58)を通じた前記上方室(12)からの各々の通路モジュール(30)の抜き出しを実施するように、前記所定の直径(D)より小さい全体の大きさをそれぞれ有することを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のシェルアンドチューブ式機器(10)。
- 前記第1の流体は尿素および尿素カルバメートの溶液であり、前記第2の流体は加熱媒体であり、前記下方室(12)には、ストリッピング媒体から成る第3の流体を注入するための少なくとも1つの入口ノズル(66)が設けられ、したがって前記シェルアンドチューブ式機器(10)は、前記下方室(14)において、濃縮した尿素溶液を前記管束(16)から回収するための尿素ストリッパとして動作することを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のシェルアンドチューブ式機器(10)。
