Claims (3)
- 環状のステータコアと、前記ステータコアの内周部に形成され前記ステータコアを貫通する溝穴であるスロットと、前記スロットの壁面と該スロットに収容される導線との間に介挿され、前記導線の周りを囲むようにして配置されている絶縁紙と、を備え、前記絶縁紙の前記ステータコアの径方向の内側には、前記ステータコアの内周側に向かって突き出す突起部が形成されている、車両用回転電機のステータの製造方法であって、
前記ステータコアの前記スロットに前記絶縁紙を挿入する工程と、
前記ステータコアの前記スロットに前記導線が挿入される側と反対側であり、且つ、前記ステータコアの前記スロットに前記導線が挿入される方向に見て前記突起部と重なる位置に治具を配置し、前記導線を前記スロットに挿入する工程と、を含む
ことを特徴とする車両用回転電機のステータの製造方法。 - 前記導線を囲む前記絶縁紙の一端および他端は、前記ステータコアの径方向の内側の位置と異なる位置に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1の車両用回転電機のステータの製造方法。 - 前記突起部と前記導線との間には、該突起部および該導線によって囲まれた空間が形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用回転電機のステータの製造方法。
