Abstract
Description
ポリ塩化ビフェニルで汚染された変圧器を、該気化洗浄槽の内側に配置し、該気化洗浄槽の内側に洗浄剤を供給し、該気化洗浄槽の内部を大気圧より低い圧力とし、該気化洗浄槽を加熱して該洗浄剤を気化させ、該気化させた洗浄剤により該変圧器を洗浄した後、該気化させた洗浄剤を該冷却器ならびに該液化装置により液化し、該液化した洗浄剤を該洗浄剤貯蔵容器に一時的に貯蔵し、該一時的に貯蔵した洗浄剤を該送液ポンプを用いて該気化洗浄槽の内側に配置した該変圧器の内側に直接還流することを特徴とする、閉鎖系または準閉鎖系にて変圧器を洗浄する、前記洗浄システムである。
該気化洗浄槽の内側に該変圧器を配置し、
該気化洗浄槽の内側に洗浄剤を供給し、
該気化洗浄槽の内部を大気圧より低い圧力とし、
該気化洗浄槽を加熱して該気化洗浄槽の内側を該洗浄剤の沸点以上にまで昇温して、該洗浄剤を該気化洗浄槽の内側で気化させ、
該気化させた洗浄剤により該変圧器を洗浄し、
該気化させた洗浄剤を該冷却器ならびに該液化装置により液化し、該液化した洗浄剤を該洗浄剤貯蔵容器に一時的に貯蔵し、該一時的に貯蔵した洗浄剤を該送液ポンプを用いて該気化洗浄槽の内側に配置した該変圧器の内側に還流する
ことを含む、前記変圧器を洗浄する方法である。

Claims (3)
- 少なくとも気化洗浄槽と、加熱装置と、洗浄剤回収容器と、冷却器と、冷却器に接続する洗浄剤貯蔵容器と、洗浄剤貯蔵容器に接続する送液ポンプと、液化装置と、減圧装置とを含む、変圧器を洗浄する洗浄システムであって、
ポリ塩化ビフェニルで汚染された変圧器を、該気化洗浄槽の内側に配置し、該気化洗浄槽の内側に洗浄剤を供給し、該気化洗浄槽の内部を大気圧より低い圧力とし、該気化洗浄槽を加熱して該洗浄剤を気化させ、該気化させた洗浄剤により該変圧器を洗浄した後、該気化させた洗浄剤を該冷却器ならびに該液化装置により液化し、該液化した洗浄剤を該洗浄剤貯蔵容器に一時的に貯蔵し、該一時的に貯蔵した洗浄剤を該送液ポンプを用いて該気化洗浄槽の内側に配置した該変圧器の内側に還流することを特徴とする、閉鎖系または準閉鎖系にて変圧器を洗浄する、前記洗浄システム。 - 少なくとも気化洗浄槽と、加熱装置と、洗浄剤回収容器と、冷却器と、冷却器に接続する洗浄剤貯蔵容器と、洗浄剤貯蔵容器に接続する送液ポンプと、液化装置と、減圧装置とを含む、変圧器を洗浄する洗浄システムを用いてポリ塩化ビフェニルで汚染された変圧器を閉鎖系または準閉鎖系にて洗浄する方法であって、以下の工程:
該気化洗浄槽の内側に該変圧器を配置し、
該気化洗浄槽の内側に洗浄剤を供給し、
該気化洗浄槽の内部を大気圧より低い圧力とし、
該気化洗浄槽を加熱して該気化洗浄槽の内側を該洗浄剤の沸点以上にまで昇温して、該洗浄剤を該気化洗浄槽の内側で気化させ、
該気化させた洗浄剤により該変圧器を洗浄し、
該気化させた洗浄剤を該冷却器ならびに該液化装置により液化し、該液化した洗浄剤を該洗浄剤貯蔵容器に一時的に貯蔵し、該一時的に貯蔵した洗浄剤を該送液ポンプを用いて該気化洗浄槽の内側に配置した該変圧器の内側に還流する
ことを含む、前記変圧器を洗浄する方法。 - 該気化した洗浄剤を液化し、該液化した洗浄剤を該気化洗浄槽の外部に排出する工程をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の変圧器を洗浄する方法。
