Claims (10)
- 超純水製造工程における脱塩処理で生じた脱塩後排水の硬度成分を、弱酸性陽イオン交換樹脂のイオン交換成分で置き換え、
前記弱酸性陽イオン交換樹脂に吸着された前記硬度成分を、前記超純水製造工程で製造された超純水を使用した後の使用済排水に含まれる再生成分で置換して前記弱酸性陽イオン交換樹脂を再生する、排水処理方法。 - 前記硬度成分が、カルシウムイオン及びマグネシウムイオンの少なくとも一方を含む請求項1に記載の排水処理方法。
- 前記再生成分が、水素イオンを含む請求項1又は請求項2に記載の排水処理方法。
- 前記使用済排水に対し濃縮処理により前記再生成分を濃縮した濃縮排水を用いて、前記弱酸性陽イオン交換樹脂の再生を行う請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載の排水処理方法。
- 前記濃縮処理を使用済排水に対し複数回行って前記再生成分を濃縮する請求項4に記載の排水処理方法。
- 前記硬度成分が前記イオン交換成分で置き換えられた処理済水に対し気体成分を除去する脱気処理を行う請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の排水処理方法。
- 前記硬度成分が前記イオン交換成分で置き換えられた処理済水に対し塩を除去する塩除去処理を行う請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の排水処理方法。
- 前記脱塩処理を、逆浸透膜に被処理水を浸透させることにより行う請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の排水処理方法。
- 原水に対し少なくとも脱塩処理を含む超純水製造工程により超純水を製造し、
前記脱塩処理で生じた脱塩後排水の硬度成分を、弱酸性陽イオン交換樹脂のイオン交換成分で置き換え、
前記弱酸性陽イオン交換樹脂に吸着された前記硬度成分を、前記超純水製造工程で製造された超純水を使用した後の使用済排水に含まれる再生成分で置き換えて前記弱酸性陽イオン交換樹脂を再生し、
前記使用済排水のうち前記弱酸性陽イオン交換樹脂の再生に用いなかった前記使用済排水を前記超純水製造工程に戻す超純水製造方法。 - 超純水製造工程における脱塩処理で生じた脱塩後排水の硬度成分を、弱酸性陽イオン交換樹脂のイオン交換成分で置き換える弱酸性陽イオン交換装置と、
前記弱酸性陽イオン交換樹脂に吸着された前記硬度成分を、前記超純水製造工程で製造された超純水を使用した後の使用済排水に含まれる再生成分で置換して前記弱酸性陽イオン交換樹脂を再生するための再生水を供給する再生水供給装置と、
を有する排水処理装置。
