(ii)芳香族ジイソシアネートをベースとする熱可塑性ポリウレタンTPU−2、
(iii)メラミンシアヌレート、
(iv)リン酸の誘導体およびホスホン酸の誘導体からなる群より選択される第1のリン含有難燃剤(F1)、ならびに
(v)ホスフィン酸の誘導体からなる群より選択されるさらなるリン含有難燃剤(F2)
を少なくとも含む、組成物。

Elastollan1185A10:1000g/molの分子量を有するポリテトラヒドロフランポリオール(PTHF)、ブタン−1,4−ジオール、ジフェニルメタン4,4’−ジイソシアネートをベースとする、BASF Polyurethanes GmbH、Elastogranstrasse60、49448Lemfoerde製のショア硬度85AのTPU。
下記の表1に、組成物の個々の構成要素が質量部(PW)において記載された組成物を列記する。混合物はそれぞれ、35Dのスクリュー長さを有し、かつ、10のバレル区画に分割されているBerstorff ZE40A二軸押出機によって製造した。組成物を、表1にまとめる(質量%で表す数値)。
混合区画(スクリュー比1:3)を備える3区域型スクリューを有するArenz単軸押出機によって混合物を押出して、1.6mmの厚さを有するフィルムを得た。測定されたパラメータは、対応する試験供試材の密度、ショア硬度、引張強度、引裂伝播抵抗、摩耗および破断伸びであった。すべての組成物は、良好な機械的特性を有する。結果を、表2にまとめる。

引裂伝播抵抗:DIN ISO34−1、B(b
摩耗:DIN53516
混合区画(スクリュー比1:3)を備える3区域型スクリューを有するArenz単軸押出機によって混合物を押出して、1.6mmの厚さを有するフィルムを得た。対応する供試材のdelta E値(ASTM E313)を、様々な曝露時間後にASTM G155Cy4の方法によって測定した。本発明のTPU混合物は、delta E値がより低いことが見出された。
Claims (9)
- 少なくとも、成分(i)から(v):
(i)ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートおよびジ(イソシアナトシクロヘキシル)メタンからなる群より選択される脂肪族ジイソシアネートをベースとする熱可塑性ポリウレタンTPU−1、
(ii)ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)をベースとする熱可塑性ポリウレタンTPU−2、
(iii)メラミンシアヌレート、
(iv)リン酸の誘導体およびホスホン酸の誘導体からなる群より選択される第1のリン含有難燃剤(F1)、ならびに
(v)ホスフィン酸の誘導体からなる群より選択されるさらなるリン含有難燃剤(F2)
を含み、
前記組成物中の前記熱可塑性ポリウレタンの合計の割合が、前記組成物全体に対して30質量%〜75質量%の範囲であり、
前記組成物中の前記メラミンシアヌレートの割合が、前記組成物全体に対して20質量%〜40質量%の範囲であり、
前記組成物中の前記難燃剤(F2)の割合が、前記組成物全体に対して3質量%〜15質量%の範囲であり、
前記難燃剤(F1)の割合が、前記組成物全体に対して2質量%〜15質量%の範囲である、
組成物。 - 前記リン含有難燃剤(F2)が、ホスフィナートである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ホスフィナートが、ホスフィン酸アルミニウムおよびホスフィン酸亜鉛からなる群より選択される、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記リン含有難燃剤(F1)が、リン酸エステルである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記難燃剤(F1)が、レゾルシノールビス(ジフェニルホスフェート)(RDP)、ビスフェノールAビス(ジフェニルホスフェート)(BDP)およびジフェニルクレシルホスフェート(DPK)からなる群より選択される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記メラミンシアヌレートが、0.1〜100μmの範囲の粒径を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリウレタンTPU−1が、DIN ISO7619−1に従って測定して85A〜65Dの範囲のショア硬度を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリウレタンTPU−2が、DIN ISO7619−1に従って測定して70A〜65Dの範囲のショア硬度を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- ケーブルシースの製造のために、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を使用する方法。
