Description
のリン酸エステルを、熱可塑性ポリウレタン用の難燃剤として使用することである。
R2は、任意に置換アルキル、シクロアルキル又はフェニル基である)
のホスホン酸塩を含む。
− 前記組成物中の前記熱可塑性ポリウレタンの割合が30質量%〜75質量%の範囲であり、
− 前記組成物中の前記シアヌル酸メラミンの割合が20質量%〜40質量%の範囲であり、
− 前記組成物中の前記難燃剤(F2)の割合が3質量%〜15質量%の範囲であり、
− 前記組成物中の前記難燃剤(F1)の割合が2質量%〜15質量%の範囲であり、
前記組成物の前記成分の合計は100質量%である。
前記ホスフィン酸塩がホスフィン酸アルミニウム及びホスフィン酸亜鉛からなる群から選択され、
前記難燃剤(F1)が、レゾルシノールビス(リン酸ジフェニル)(RDP)、ビスフェノールAビス(リン酸ジフェニル)(BDP)、及びリン酸ジフェニルクレシル(DPK)からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする組成物。
前記組成物中の前記熱可塑性ポリウレタンの割合が、前記組成物の全体に基づいて30質量%〜75質量%の範囲であり、
前記組成物中の前記シアヌル酸メラミンの割合が、前記組成物の全体に基づいて20質量%〜40質量%の範囲であり、
前記組成物中の前記難燃剤(F2)の割合が、前記組成物の全体に基づいて3質量%〜15質量%の範囲であり、
前記組成物中の前記難燃剤(F1)の割合が、前記組成物の全体に基づいて2質量%〜15質量%の範囲であり、
前記組成物の前記成分の合計が100質量%であることを特徴とする組成物。
Elastollan 1185A10:1000の分子量を有するポリテトラヒドロフランポリオール(PTHF)、ブタン−1,4−ジオール及びMDIをベースとし、BASFポリウレタンGmbH,Elastogranstrasse 60, 49448 Lemfordeから入手したショア硬度85AのTPU。
下記の表2は、各成分を質量部で記載する組成物のリストである。混合物はそれぞれに、10個のバレル部に分け、35Dの軸長(screw length)を有する2軸押出機Berstoff ZE 40 Aを用いて製造する。
混合部を有するスリーゾーンスクリュー(three-zone screw)(スクリュー比1:3)を備えるArenz一軸式押出機を用いて混合物を押出し、厚さ1.6mmのフィルムを得た。測定したパラメーターは、対応する試験試料の、使用したペレットのMFR、密度、ショア硬度、引張強度、引き裂き伝播抵抗及び破断点伸びであった。
難燃性を評価するため、厚さ1.6mmの試験試料をUL 94V(装置及び電器部品のプラスチック材料の可燃性試験のUL安全基準)に従ってテストする。
Claims (9)
- 少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリウレタン、少なくともシアヌール酸メラミン、リン酸の誘導体及びホスホン酸の誘導体からなる群から選択された少なくとも1種の第1の含リン難燃剤(F1)、並びに、ホスフィン酸の誘導体からなる群から選択された少なくとも1種のさらなる含リン難燃剤(F2)を含む組成物であって、
前記含リン難燃剤(F2)がホスフィン酸塩であり、前記含リン難燃剤(F1)がリン酸エステルであり、
前記組成物中の前記シアヌール酸メラミンの割合が、前記組成物の全体に基づいて20質量%〜40質量%の範囲であり、及び
前記難燃剤(F2)の割合は、全体組成物に基づいて3質量%〜15質量%の範囲であり、
前記難燃剤(F1)の割合は、全体組成物に基づいて2質量%〜15質量%の範囲である、こと特徴とする組成物。 - 前記ホスフィン酸塩が、ホスフィン酸アルミニウム及びホスフィン酸亜鉛からなる群から選択され、及び
前記難燃剤(F1)が、レゾルシノールビス(リン酸ジフェニル)(RDP)、ビスフェノールAビス(リン酸ジフェニル)(BDP)、及びリン酸ジフェニルクレシル(DPK)からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。 - 前記シアヌール酸メラミンが0.1μm〜100μmの範囲の粒径を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリウレタンが、少なくとも1種のジイソシアネート及び少なくとも1種のポリカーボネートジオールをベースとする熱可塑性ポリウレタン、並びに、少なくとも1種のジイソシアネート及びポリテトラヒドロフランポリオールをベースとする熱可塑性ポリウレタンからなる群から選択される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリウレタンが50000〜500000Daの範囲の平均分子量(MW)を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリウレタンがジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)をベースとする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリウレタンがDIN 53505に従って測定された80A〜100Aの範囲のショア硬度を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物中の前記熱可塑性ポリウレタンの割合が、前記組成物の全体に基づいて30質量%〜75質量%の範囲である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物をケーブルシースの製造に使用する方法。
