メラミンシアヌレートを含まず、
組成物中のリン含有難燃剤(F1)およびリン含有難燃剤(F2)の合計の割合が、組成物全体に対して7質量%~40質量%の範囲である、組成物。
(i) 熱可塑性ポリウレタン、
(ii) メラミンポリホスフェートからなる群から選択される第1のリン含有難燃剤(F1)、および
(iii) ホスフィン酸の誘導体からなる群から選択されるさらなるリン含有難燃剤(F2)を含む組成物であって、
メラミンシアヌレートを含まず、
三価、四価、五価および六価アルコールを含まず、
組成物中のリン含有難燃剤(F1)およびリン含有難燃剤(F2)の合計の割合が、組成物全体に対して7質量%~50質量%の範囲であり、
メラミンポリホスフェートが7質量%~20質量%の範囲のリン含有量を有する、組成物。
(i) 熱可塑性ポリウレタン、
(ii) メラミンポリホスフェートからなる群から選択される第1のリン含有難燃剤(F1)、および
(iii) ホスフィン酸の誘導体からなる群から選択されるさらなるリン含有難燃剤(F2)を含む組成物であって、
メラミンシアヌレートを含まず、
三価、四価、五価および六価アルコールを含まず、
組成物中のリン含有難燃剤(F1)およびリン含有難燃剤(F2)の合計の割合が、組成物全体に対して7質量%~40質量%の範囲であり、
メラミンポリホスフェートが7質量%~20質量%の範囲のリン含有量を有し、
組成物が、脂肪族ジイソシアネートに基づく熱可塑性ポリウレタンTPU-1および芳香族ジイソシアネートに基づく熱可塑性ポリウレタンTPU-2を含む混合物を含む、組成物。
Elastollan A:BASF Polyurethanes GmbH, Elastogranstrasse 60, 49448 Lemfoerdeからのショア硬度85AのTPU、1000g/molの分子量を有するポリテトラヒドロフランポリオール(PTHF)、1,4-ブタンジオール、4,4’-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートに基づく。
以下の表1a、1bおよび1cは、組成物をリストにし、個々の構成成分を質量部(pbw)で報告する。混合物は、各事例において10バレルに分割された35Dスクリューを有するBerstorff ZE 40 A二軸押出機を用いて製造した。
混合部(スクリュー比1:3)を含む3ゾーンスクリューを有するArenz単軸押出機を用いて混合物を押し出して厚さが1.6mmのフィルムを得た。対応する試験片の密度、ショア硬度、引張強度、引裂伝播抵抗、摩耗および破断時伸びを測定した。すべての組成物は良好な機械的性質を有する。結果を以下の表2a、2bおよび2cに要約する。
難燃性を評価するために、ケーブル絶縁およびケーブルシースの従来の押出ライン(平滑チューブ押出機、押出機直径45mm)を使用してケーブルを製造した。2.5:1の圧縮比を有する従来の3ゾーンスクリューを用いた。
混合部(スクリュー比1:3)を有する3ゾーンスクリューを有するArenz単軸押出機を用いて混合物を押し出して厚さが1.6mmであるフィルムを得た。ASTM G155 Cy4法に従って異なる照射時間の後に対応する試験片のデルタE値(ASTM E313)を測定した。以下の表5に結果を要約する。

Claims (12)
- 少なくとも成分(i)~(iii):
(i) 熱可塑性ポリウレタン、
(ii) メラミンポリホスフェートからなる群から選択される第1のリン含有難燃剤(F1)、および
(iii) ホスフィン酸の誘導体からなる群から選択されるさらなるリン含有難燃剤(F2)を含む組成物であって、
メラミンシアヌレートを含まず、
前記組成物中のメラミンポリホスフェートの割合が、前記組成物全体に対して5質量%~20質量%の範囲にあり、前記組成物中の前記難燃剤(F2)の割合が、前記組成物全体に対して10質量%~35質量%の範囲にあり、
前記組成物が、2質量%~10質量%の範囲の量のさらなるリン含有難燃剤を含み、且つ
前記さらなるリン含有難燃剤が、21℃で液体であるリン酸エステルから成る群から選ばれる、組成物。 - 三価、四価、五価および六価アルコールを含まない、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記リン含有難燃剤(F2)がホスフィネートである、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 前記ホスフィネートが、ホスフィン酸アルミニウムまたはホスフィン酸亜鉛からなる群から選択される、請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 前記メラミンポリホスフェートが7質量%~20質量%の範囲のリン含有量を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記メラミンポリホスフェートが0.1~100μmの範囲の粒径を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリウレタンが、少なくとも1種の芳香族ジイソシアネートおよび少なくとも1種のポリカーボネートジオールに基づく熱可塑性ポリウレタン、ならびに少なくとも1種の芳香族ジイソシアネートおよびポリテトラヒドロフランポリオールに基づく熱可塑性ポリウレタンからなる群から選択される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 脂肪族ジイソシアネートに基づく熱可塑性ポリウレタンTPU-1および芳香族ジイソシアネートに基づく熱可塑性ポリウレタンTPU-2を含む混合物を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリウレタンを製造するための鎖延長剤として、1,4-ブタンジオールとさらなる鎖延長剤との混合物が用いられる、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物中の前記熱可塑性ポリウレタンの割合が前記組成物全体に対して60質量%~93質量%の範囲である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物全体に対して0.1質量%~5質量%の範囲の量の二酸化チタンを含む、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- ケーブルシースの製造のための、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の使用方法。
