Claims (4)
- レーザー光線を発振する発振器の精度を検査する検査装置であって、
該発振器が発振した直後のレーザー光線を減光させる減光板と、該減光板によって減光されたレーザー光線を複数の画素で撮像する撮像手段と、該撮像手段によって撮像された画像を処理する処理手段と、該処理手段によって処理された画像を表示する表示手段と、を備え、
該処理手段は、レーザー光線の強さを仕切る少なくとも内輪と外輪の2つの閾値を備え該表示手段は該内輪と該外輪を表示する検査装置。 - 該処理手段は、該内輪の閾値と該外輪の閾値との間に少なくとも中輪の閾値を備える請求項1記載の検査装置。
- 該処理手段は該内輪の中心と該外輪の中心もしくは該中輪の中心とのズレ量を算出し該表示手段は該ズレ量を表示する請求項2記載の検査装置。
- レーザー光線を発振する発振器と、レーザー光線を集光する集光器と、該発振器と該集光器との間に配設されレーザー光線を導く光学系と、該集光器が集光したレーザー光線によって加工が施される被加工物を保持する保持手段と、を含むレーザー加工装置における検査方法であって、
請求項1から3までのいずれかに記載の該検査装置の該撮像手段を該レーザー加工装置の該発振器と該光学系との間に位置づける撮像手段位置づけ工程と、
該レーザー加工装置の該発振器が発振した直後のレーザー光線を該撮像手段で撮像する撮像工程と、
該撮像手段によって撮像された画像を該処理手段で処理する処理工程と、
該処理手段で処理した画像を該表示手段に表示させると共に、該表示手段に表示させた画像によって該レーザー加工装置の該発振器の精度を検査する検査工程と、
を含む検査方法。
