Abstract
Description
図1は、実施形態1に係る歯付ベルトBを示す。実施形態1に係る歯付ベルトBは、例えば、工作機械、印刷機械、繊維機械、射出成形機等の高トルク伝動用途に好適に用いられるエンドレスの噛み合い伝動ベルトである。実施形態1に係る歯付ベルトBは、例えば、ベルト長さが500〜3000mm、ベルト幅が10〜200mm、及びベルト厚さ(最大厚さ)が3〜20mmである。
実施形態2に係る歯付ベルトB及びその製造方法は、外観構成が実施形態1の図1及び4と同一である。以下では、実施形態2に係る歯付ベルトB及びその製造方法について、符号16が編布を示すものとして実施形態1の図1及び4も用いて説明する。
<実施例>
図1に示す上記実施形態1と同様の構成のSTS歯形の歯付ベルトを実施例として作製した。
図6Aに示すように、織布を有さないことを除いて実施例と同一構成の歯付ベルトB’を比較例1として作製した。比較例1の歯付ベルトB’の歯底部12’は、表面にポリウレタン樹脂が露出しており、その表面の算術平均粗さ(Ra)は2.6μmであった。なお、この比較例1の歯付ベルトは、特許文献1〜4に開示された歯付ベルトに相当する。
図6Bに示すように、不織布を有さず且つ織布16’が歯付ベルト本体10’における歯部11’を有する内周側表面を被覆するように設けられたことを除いて実施例と同一構成の歯付ベルトB’を比較例2として作製した。比較例2の歯付ベルトの歯底部12’は、表面にポリウレタン樹脂が露出しており、その表面の算術平均粗さ(Ra)は1.8μmであった。なお、この比較例2の歯付ベルトは、特許文献5に開示された歯付ベルトに相当する。
<騒音試験>
図7Aは、騒音試験用のベルト走行試験機のプーリレイアウト30を示す。
図7Bは、耐久試験用のベルト走行試験機のプーリレイアウト40を示す。
表1及び図8は騒音試験の結果を示す。

Claims (1)
- 内周側に複数の歯部が間隔をおいて設けられたポリウレタン樹脂で形成されたエンドレスの歯付ベルト本体と、
前記歯付ベルト本体に、ベルト長さ方向に沿うと共にベルト幅方向にピッチを有する螺旋を形成するように配されて埋設された心線と、
前記歯付ベルト本体におけるベルト厚さ方向の前記心線の埋設位置よりも内周側に、前記歯付ベルト本体を形成するポリウレタン樹脂を含んでベルト長さ方向に沿うように配されて埋設された不織布と、
前記歯付ベルト本体におけるベルト厚さ方向の前記不織布の埋設位置よりも内周側に、前記歯付ベルト本体を形成するポリウレタン樹脂を含んでベルト長さ方向に沿うように配されて一体に設けられた織布又は編布と、
を有し、
前記歯部間の歯底部には、前記織布の織目又は編布の編目に起因して形成された凹凸面が構成されている歯付ベルト。
