Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係るベルト式の無段変速機及びその油圧制御装置の構成を示す概略図である。同図に示す無段変速機の油圧制御装置は、ドライブプーリ(DRプーリ)5およびドリブンプーリ(DNプーリ)8に付与する軸方向推力を変化させることにより、ドライブプーリ5およびドリブンプーリ8のプーリ幅を変化させることで変速比を無段階に変化させるベルト式の無段変速機100と、軸方向推力の生成を制御する油圧制御装置110とを有する。油圧制御装置110によって制御される無段変速機100は、駆動源としてのエンジン1の出力軸と流体式のトルクコンバータ26を介して繋がる変速機入力軸2と、これに平行に配置された変速機カウンタ軸3と、変速機入力軸2および変速機カウンタ軸3の間に配設された金属ベルト機構4と、変速機入力軸2の上に配設された前後進切換機構20とから構成される。
第二条件:オイルポンプ120,130からのオイルの吐出量が所定量よりも少ないとき(O/P吐出量「小」)
第三条件:無段変速機100の変速速度が所定速度よりも速いとき(変速速度「大」)

Claims (7)
- 車両に搭載された可動のドライブプーリ及びドリブンプーリと、これら2つのプーリに巻き回される無端状のベルトとから構成されるベルト式の無段変速機と、
前記無段変速機を制御する油圧制御装置と、を備える無段変速機の制御装置であって、
前記油圧制御装置は、
オイル供給源から前記ドリブンプーリのシリンダ室に供給されるオイルの油圧を調圧する調圧バルブと、
前記調圧バルブを制御する制御バルブと、
前記制御バルブを制御する制御部と、
前記調圧バルブから前記シリンダ室に供給されるオイルの油圧を検出する油圧検出部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、前記無段変速機の変速比が最大になると判断した場合、
第一条件として、前記制御バルブによる前記調圧バルブに対する指示油圧が前記調圧バルブから前記ドリブンプーリに供給するオイルの油圧よりも高いときに、前記指示油圧を低下させる制御を行う
ことを特徴とする無段変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記第一条件に加えて、第二条件として、前記オイル供給源からのオイルの吐出量が所定量よりも少ないときに、前記指示油圧を低下させる制御を行う
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無段変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記第一、第二条件に加えて、第三条件として、前記無段変速機の変速速度が所定速度よりも速いときに、前記指示油圧を低下させる制御を行う
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の無段変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記指示油圧を低下させる制御は、前記無段変速機の変速比が所定値になったときに開始し、
前記変速比の所定値は、前記無段変速機の変速速度に応じて、予め定めた前記無段変速機の変速速度と変速比との関係から求まる変速比である
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の無段変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記無段変速機の変速速度が速い場合は、遅い場合よりも前記指示油圧を低下させる制御を開始する変速比がより小さな値である
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の無段変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記調圧バルブは、前記調圧バルブを制御する制御バルブからのオイルが供給される第1ポートと、オイルを排出する排出油路に連通する第2ポートと、前記ドリブンプーリにオイルを供給する第3ポートと、前記オイル供給源からのオイルが供給される第4ポートと、を備え、
前記制御バルブによる前記調圧バルブに対する指示油圧が前記調圧バルブから前記ドリブンプーリに供給するオイルの油圧よりも高いときに、前記第2ポートが塞がれた状態となる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無段変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記指示油圧を低下させる制御を行った後に車両が停止した場合、低下させた前記指示油圧を元の指示油圧に戻す制御を行う
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の無段変速機の油圧制御装置。
