Claims (8)
- ケーシングと、前記ケーシングに収容される内部ユニットと、を備え、
前記内部ユニットは、複数のバッテリセルを含むバッテリセル群と、前記バッテリセル群を保持するホルダと、前記ホルダに接続されたプラットフォームと、前記プラットフォームに搭載された複数の電装品と、前記プラットフォームに搭載された複数の回路部材と、前記複数の電装品及び前記複数の回路部材の少なくとも1つを固定する少なくとも1つの金属製の締結具と、を有し、
前記複数の電装品は、前記バッテリセル群の正極側に電気的に接続された正極側電装品と、前記バッテリセル群の負極側に電気的に接続された負極側電装品と、を含み、
前記複数の回路部材は、前記バッテリセル群の正極側に電気的に接続された正極側回路部材と、前記バッテリセル群の負極側に電気的に接続された負極側回路部材と、を含み、
前記プラットフォームは、前記正極側電装品の端子部又は前記正極側回路部材からなる正極部材と、前記負極側電装品の端子部又は前記負極側回路部材からなる負極部材とが互いに隣接して配置される絶縁性の主面と、前記主面から突出して前記正極部材と前記負極部材との間を仕切る絶縁性の仕切部と、を含む、電池パック。 - 前記プラットフォームは、前記ホルダに固定された第1板部と、前記第1板部から離間して前記第1板部に並設される第2板部と、前記第2板部を前記1板部に固定する支柱部と、を有し、
前記複数の電装品は、前記第1板部に搭載された第1電装品と、前記第2板部に搭載された第2電装品と、を含み、
前記第2電装品は、前記正極側電装品及び前記負極側電装品であり、
前記第2板部は、前記主面及び前記仕切部を含む、請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記第1板部と前記ホルダとの間に配置された一端部を有し、前記バッテリセル群に電気的に接続されるバッテリ側バスバーと、
前記第1板部と前記第2板部との間に配置され、検知孔を有する電流センサと、
前記電流センサの前記検知孔に挿通される導電カラーと、を更に備え、
前記少なくとも1つの締結具は、前記導電カラーに挿通されるボルトを含み、
前記正極側回路部材又は前記負極側回路部材は、前記第2板部の前記主面上に配置される電装品側バスバーを有し、
前記第1板部及び前記第2板部は、前記電流センサの前記検知孔に重なる挿通孔を有し、
前記バッテリ側バスバー及び前記電装品側バスバーは、前記第1板部及び前記第2板部の前記挿通孔及び前記電流センサの前記検知孔に重なる挿通孔を有し、
前記導電カラーは、前記検知孔とともに前記第1板部及び前記第2板部の前記挿通孔に挿通され、
前記ボルトが、前記挿通孔に挿通され、前記バッテリ側バスバー、前記第1板部、前記第2板部及び前記電装品側バスバーを共締めした状態で、前記導電カラーが、前記第1バスバー及び前記第2バスバーに当接している、請求項2に記載の電池パック。 - 前記第2板部は、開口を有し、
前記第2電装品は、前記開口に配置され、前記主面よりも前記第1板部側に食み出したリレー装置を含む、請求項2又は3に記載の電池パック。 - 前記リレー装置は、外周面を有し、
前記第2板部は、前記開口を画定する周端縁を有し、
前記周端縁の少なくとも一部は、前記主面側から前記第1板部側に向けて開口幅を減少させるように前記外周面に沿った形状を有する、請求項4に記載の電池パック。 - 前記第2板部は、前記リレー装置の底面に対向するように前記主面から突出した座部を有し、
前記リレー装置は、前記座部に載置されている、請求項4又は5に記載の電池パック。 - 前記内部ユニットは、前記ホルダと前記ケーシングとの間に挟まれるダンパを更に有し、
前記仕切部の先端は、前記ケーシングとの間に隙間を形成した状態で前記ケーシングに近接している、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の電池パック。 - 前記プラットフォームは、インサート成形された少なくとも1つのナットを有する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の電池パック。
