Claims (15)
- スライドベースと共に油路供給ラインを形成するように前記スライドベースに設けられることに適用されるサーキュレーター構造において、
前記スライドベースに接続されるように配置される第1の側面と、前記第1の側面に対向する第2の側面と、前記第1の側面から前記第2の側面に延伸するスクリュー貫通孔と、を有する本体と、
前記スクリュー貫通孔の対向する両側に位置する第1のオイルガイド溝及び第2のオイルガイド溝と、前記スクリュー貫通孔の内壁に位置する上端分流開口、及び下端分流開口を有し、前記スクリュー貫通孔の下方に位置し、且つ前記第1のオイルガイド溝のオイルガイド下端と前記第2のオイルガイド溝のオイルガイド下端がそれぞれ接続される分流溝と、を含み、前記第1の側面に凹設される略Y字形溝と、
それぞれ前記第1の側面の対向する両側に位置するように前記第1の側面に凹設され、前記下端分流開口に連通される一対の還流溝と、
を含む分流サーキュレーター構造。 - 前記スライドベースの対向する両側に、第1の給油溝と第2の給油溝を有し、
前記第1のオイルガイド溝のオイルガイド上端が前記スライドベースにおける前記第1の給油溝に接続され、且つ前記第2のオイルガイド溝のオイルガイド上端が前記スライドベースにおける前記第2の給油溝に接続される請求項1に記載のサーキュレーター構造。 - 前記還流溝同士は接続通路によって互いに連通され、且つ前記分流溝の前記下端分流開口が前記接続通路の内壁に位置する請求項1に記載のサーキュレーター構造。
- 前記分流溝の前記上端分流開口は、前記下端分流開口よりも小さい請求項1に記載のサーキュレーター構造。
- 磁石を搭載するように配置される少なくとも1つの搭載部を有し、固定部材によって前記本体の前記第2の側面に固定される固定板を更に含む請求項1に記載のサーキュレーター構造。
- 前記本体は、鉛含有ナイロンである請求項1に記載のサーキュレーター構造。
- 収容空間を有するレール本体と、
前記収容空間に設けられるスライドベースと、
前記スライドベースのスライドを連動できるように、前記スライドベースに穿設されるスクリューと、
前記スクリューを回転駆動するように配置される駆動ユニットと、
それぞれ前記スライドベースの対向する2つの端面に設けられる一対のサーキュレーター構造と、
を備え、
前記サーキュレーター構造の各々は、
前記スライドベースに接続される第1の側面と、前記第1の側面に対向する第2の側面と、前記第1の側面から前記第2の側面に延伸し且つ前記スクリューが穿設されるスクリュー貫通孔と、を有する本体と、
前記スクリュー貫通孔の対向する両側に位置する第1のオイルガイド溝及び第2のオイルガイド溝と、前記スクリュー貫通孔の内壁に位置する上端分流開口、及び下端分流開口を有し、前記スクリュー貫通孔の下方に位置し、且つ前記第1のオイルガイド溝のオイルガイド下端と前記第2のオイルガイド溝のオイルガイド下端がそれぞれ接続される分流溝と、を含み、前記第1の側面に凹設される略Y字形溝と、
それぞれ前記第1の側面の対向する両側に位置するように前記第1の側面に凹設され、前記下端分流開口に連通される一対の還流溝と、
を含むスライド装置。 - 前記スライドベースの対向する両側に、第1の給油溝と第2の給油溝を有し、
前記第1のオイルガイド溝のオイルガイド上端が前記スライドベースにおける前記第1の給油溝に接続され、且つ前記第2のオイルガイド溝のオイルガイド上端が前記スライドベースにおける前記第2の給油溝に接続される請求項7に記載のスライド装置。 - 前記還流溝同士は接続通路によって互いに連通され、且つ前記分流溝の前記下端分流開口が前記接続通路の内壁に位置する請求項7に記載のスライド装置。
- 前記分流溝の前記上端分流開口は、前記下端分流開口よりも小さい請求項7に記載のスライド装置。
- 前記レール本体の前記収容空間を覆い、且つ前記スライドベースの上方に位置する防塵ベルトを更に備え、
前記サーキュレーター構造は、磁石を搭載するように配置される少なくとも1つの搭載部を有し、固定部材によって前記本体の前記第2の側面に設けられる固定板を更に含み、前記磁石が前記防塵ベルトを吸着するように配置される請求項7に記載のスライド装置。 - 前記本体は、鉛含有ナイロンである請求項7に記載のスライド装置。
- 前記スライドベースは、約32mm以下の高さ及び32mm以下の幅を有する請求項7に記載のスライド装置。
- 前記還流溝に、各々のサイズの直径が1mm〜3mmにある複数のボールが設けられる請求項7に記載のスライド装置。
- 前記スクリューに嵌設されるように前記スライドベースに設けられるナットと、
対向する両側にそれぞれ締付穴が設けられる板体部と、前記板体部に接続され、前記締付穴の間に設けられ、且つ前記スライドベースの頂部を貫通して前記ナットに位置決めされ、前記締付穴と結ぶ線が前記スライドベースのスライド方向に平行となるロッド部と、を含む固定ピンと、
前記固定ピンを前記スライドベースに固定するように、それぞれ前記締付穴にロックされる2つの固定部材と、
を更に備える請求項7に記載のスライド装置。
