Abstract
Description
陽極製造工程の調合槽から排出された洗浄廃液を図1の装置によって処理し、NMPを分離回収すると共に、電極材料を含む残渣を回収する実験を行った。薄膜蒸発器7の蒸発器本体70における伝熱面積(実質的な蒸発面積)は0.5m2とした。そして、分離液回収容器9に回収されたNMPを計量し、洗浄廃液の減容率を確認した。主な運転条件および減容率は表1に示す通りであり、かつ、運転中の配管および機器類における閉塞は確認されなかった。
陽極製造工程の塗布装置から排出された洗浄廃液を実施例と同様の薄膜蒸発器7に供給して蒸発分離処理を行った。その際、流路およびポンプだけから成る搬送ラインを使用し、可搬式容器40から薄膜蒸発器7に洗浄廃液を直接供給したところ、運転開始後に搬送ラインが閉塞し、継続して運転することができなかった。

Claims (12)
- リチウムイオン二次電池の電極製造工程から排出される洗浄廃液を処理する装置であって、洗浄廃液が、固形成分である電極材料と洗浄液との懸濁液であり、電極製造工程から導入された洗浄廃液を撹拌する撹拌手段と、当該撹拌手段から洗浄廃液を取り出す送液ラインと、当該送液ラインによって洗浄廃液が供給され且つ洗浄廃液中の洗浄液を蒸発させて固形成分を分離する蒸発分離手段とから構成され、前記撹拌手段で洗浄廃液を撹拌しながら前記送液ラインにより前記蒸発分離手段に洗浄廃液を供給するようになされていることを特徴とする洗浄廃液の処理装置。
- 撹拌手段が、槽本体に撹拌装置を有する撹拌槽である請求項1に記載の洗浄廃液の処理装置。
- 撹拌手段が撹拌槽であり、当該撹拌槽が、内部に撹拌翼を有する槽本体と、当該槽本体の外周部に配置された加熱手段とを備え、前記槽本体内の洗浄廃液を加熱可能に構成されている請求項1に記載の洗浄廃液の処理装置。
- 撹拌手段が撹拌槽であり、当該撹拌槽が、内部に撹拌翼を有する槽本体と、当該槽本体の外周部に配置された加熱手段とを備え、前記槽本体内の洗浄廃液を加熱可能に構成されており、前記槽本体において洗浄廃液を40〜90℃に加熱可能に構成されている請求項1に記載の洗浄廃液の処理装置。
- 撹拌手段が撹拌槽であり、当該撹拌槽が、ポンプによる循環ラインを有する槽本体と、当該槽本体の外周部に配置された加熱手段とを備え、前記槽本体内の洗浄廃液を加熱可能に構成されている請求項1に記載の洗浄廃液の処理装置。
- 撹拌手段が撹拌槽であり、当該撹拌槽が、ポンプによる循環ラインを有する槽本体と、当該槽本体の外周部に配置された加熱手段とを備え、前記槽本体内の洗浄廃液を加熱可能に構成されており、前記槽本体において洗浄廃液を50〜90℃に加熱可能に構成されている請求項1に記載の洗浄廃液の処理装置。
- 蒸発分離手段が薄膜蒸発器である請求項1に記載の洗浄廃液の処理装置。
- 蒸発分離手段が薄膜蒸発器であり、当該薄膜蒸発器が、その一端部から洗浄廃液が供給される円筒状の蒸発器本体と、当該蒸発器本体の中心線に沿って配置された回転羽根と、前記蒸発器本体の外周部に配置された加熱手段とを有し、前記蒸発器本体の内周面に付着した固形成分物を前記回転羽根で掻き取って前記蒸発器本体の他端部から排出する構造を備えている請求項1に記載の洗浄廃液の処理装置。
- 撹拌槽から洗浄廃液を取り出して蒸発分離手段に供給する送液ラインには、加熱装置が付設され、蒸発分離手段に供給する洗浄廃液を60〜100℃に加熱可能に構成されている請求項1に記載の洗浄廃液の処理装置。
- 洗浄廃液が、洗浄に使用されたNMPを主成分とし且つ電極材料を構成する固形成分を含む洗浄廃液である請求項1に記載の洗浄廃液の処理装置。
- リチウムイオン二次電池の電極製造工程から排出される洗浄廃液を処理装置によって処理する方法であって、洗浄廃液が、固形成分である電極材料と洗浄液との懸濁液であり、前記処理装置が、電極製造工程から導入された洗浄廃液を撹拌する撹拌手段と、当該撹拌手段から洗浄廃液を取り出す送液ラインと、当該送液ラインによって洗浄廃液が供給され且つ洗浄廃液中の洗浄液を蒸発させて固形成分を分離する蒸発分離手段とから構成され、当該処理方法においては、前記撹拌手段によって洗浄廃液を撹拌し、固形成分を拡散させた状態で洗浄廃液を前記蒸発分離手段に供給することにより、当該蒸発分離手段において洗浄廃液中の洗浄液を蒸発させて固形成分を分離することを特徴とする洗浄廃液の処理方法。
- 洗浄廃液が、洗浄に使用されたNMPを主成分とし且つ電極材料を構成する固形成分を含む洗浄廃液である請求項11に記載の洗浄廃液の処理方法。
