Claims (17)
- 電池の一方の電極を一対のセパレータで挟み込んだ袋詰電極を製造する製造装置であって、
一対のロールから各々巻き出された一対の長尺状セパレータ素材の間に前記電極を挟み込んで搬送する搬送部と、
前記電極および前記一対の長尺状セパレータ素材の搬送を停止させることなく、前記電極の外側で、前記一対の長尺状セパレータ素材を搬送方向に沿って接合する第1の接合部と、
前記電極および前記一対の長尺状セパレータ素材の搬送を停止させることなく、前記電極の外側で、前記一対の長尺状セパレータ素材を搬送方向と交差する方向に沿って接合する第2の接合部と、
前記電極および前記一対の長尺状セパレータ素材の搬送を停止させることなく、前記一対の長尺状セパレータ素材を搬送方向と交差する方向に沿って切断して、前記袋詰電極を切り離す分離部と、
を備える袋詰電極の製造装置。 - 前記第1の接合部と前記第2の接合部の少なくとも一方が前記分離部と一体に設けられている、
請求項1に記載の袋詰電極の製造装置。 - 前記第1の接合部と前記第2の接合部とが一体に設けられている、
請求項1または2に記載の袋詰電極の製造装置。 - 前記第1の接合部と前記第2の接合部の少なくとも一方は、互いに噛み合う一対の歯材の間に前記一対の長尺状セパレータ素材を挟み込んで圧着させることにより、前記一対のセパレータ素材を接合する、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の袋詰電極の製造装置。 - 前記一対の歯材は、前記電極および前記一対の長尺状セパレータ素材の搬送とともに回転する一対の回転体の周面に各々設けられている、
請求項4に記載の袋詰電極の製造装置。 - 前記第1の接合部と前記第2の接合部の少なくとも一方は、接着剤を用いて前記一対のセパレータ素材を接合する、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の袋詰電極の製造装置。 - 前記第1の接合部と前記第2の接合部の少なくとも一方は、熱溶融方式により前記一対のセパレータ素材を接合する、
請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の袋詰電極の製造装置。 - 前記分離部は、前記電極および前記一対の長尺状セパレータ素材の搬送とともに回転する回転体の周面に設けられた切断刃を前記一対の長尺状セパレータ素材に押し当てることにより、前記一対の長尺状セパレータ素材を搬送方向と交差する方向に沿って切断する、
請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の袋詰電極の製造装置。 - 前記分離部は、前記一対の長尺状セパレータ素材にレーザ光を照射して、前記一対の長尺状セパレータ素材を搬送方向と交差する方向に沿って切断する、
請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の袋詰電極の製造装置。 - 前記分離部は、円形のカッターを搬送方向と交差する方向に移動させながら前記一対の長尺状セパレータ素材に押し当てることにより、前記一対の長尺状セパレータ素材を搬送方向と交差する方向に沿って切断する、
請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の袋詰電極の製造装置。 - 前記分離部よりも搬送方向の上流側に設けられ、前記電極および前記一対の長尺状セパレータ素材の搬送を停止させることなく、前記一対の長尺状セパレータ素材の搬送方向と交差する方向の両端部に切込みを形成する切込み形成部をさらに備える、
請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の袋詰電極の製造装置。 - 前記切込み形成部は、前記第1の接合部と前記第2の接合部の少なくとも一方と一体に設けられている、
請求項11に記載の袋詰電極の製造装置。 - 前記電極および前記一対の長尺状セパレータ素材の搬送を停止させることなく、前記一対の長尺状セパレータ素材の搬送方向と交差する方向の両端部を搬送方向に沿って切断して、前記一対の長尺状セパレータ素材の余白部分を切り離す余白分離部をさらに備える、
請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の袋詰電極の製造装置。 - 前記余白分離部は、前記第1の接合部と前記第2の接合部と前記分離部の少なくともいずれかと一体に設けられている、
請求項13に記載の袋詰電極の製造装置。 - 請求項1乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の袋詰電極の製造装置と、
前記袋詰電極の製造装置の前記分離部により切り離された前記袋詰電極と、電池の他方の電極とを交互に積層する積層部と、
を備える集積装置。 - 前記分離部により切り離された前記袋詰電極の大きさが、前記他方の電極の大きさと略等しくされている、
請求項15に記載の集積装置。 - 電池の一方の電極を一対のセパレータで挟み込んだ袋詰電極を製造する方法であって、
一対のロールから各々巻き出された一対の長尺状セパレータ素材の間に前記電極を挟み込んで搬送し、
前記電極および前記一対の長尺状セパレータ素材の搬送を停止させることなく、前記電極の外側で、前記一対の長尺状セパレータ素材を搬送方向に沿って接合するとともに搬送方向と交差する方向に沿って接合し、
前記電極および前記一対の長尺状セパレータ素材の搬送を停止させることなく、前記一対の長尺状セパレータ素材を搬送方向と交差する方向に沿って切断して、前記袋詰電極を切り離す、
袋詰電極の製造方法。
