- the form in which the positive electrode 22 is packed in the separator 40 as the packed positive electrode 20 has been described.
- the negative electrode 30 may be packed by the above-described laminating apparatus. In this case, the position detection device 200 is applied to the negative electrode 30.
- the position detection device 200 transports the positive electrode 22 to the rotary transport unit 300 for laminating the positive electrode 22 with the separator 40, but the transport destination is not limited to this. Therefore, a configuration similar to that of the position detection device 200 can be used for position detection and conveyance of the separator 40 instead of the electrodes.
- the positive electrode lead 11 and the negative electrode lead 12 are led out from the same end portion of the exterior member 13 as shown in FIG. 1 , but the present invention is not limited to this.
- the positive electrode lead 11 and the negative electrode lead 12 may be led out from opposite ends, for example.
- the negative electrode 30 and the packaged positive electrode 20 are laminated so that the positive electrode tab 23 and the negative electrode tab 33 are opposite to each other.
- the positive electrode 22 is conveyed in a substantially horizontal state, but may be conveyed in other directions.
- the introduction support part 250 is made up of rollers, but may be composed of other members such as a flat member.
- the adsorption unit 370, the negative pressure supply device 333, and the welding unit 400 are synchronized by the control device 500 (synchronization device). However, not all of them need to be electrically synchronized. For example, at least a part may be mechanically linked and synchronized.
- the clamper 242 of the pressing portion 240 is in direct contact with the positive electrode 22.
- the clamper may be pressed by the gas blown out of the clamper in the vicinity of the positive electrode 22 with a gap. In this way, since the clamper does not directly contact the positive electrode 22, damage to the positive electrode 22 can be suppressed.
- the process of correcting the position of the positive electrode 22 using the detected position information and the configuration of the position correction unit are not limited to this case.
- the position of the positive electrode 22 can be corrected when the positive electrode 22 is sucked and lifted, when the positive electrode 22 is lowered, or after the adsorption of the positive electrode 22 is released, in addition to during the conveyance of the positive electrode 22. it can.
- the position of the positive electrode 22 can be corrected by adjusting the position and posture of the suction conveyance unit 220 or adjusting the position and posture of the conveyor 210.
- the position of the positive electrode 22 can be corrected by adjusting the position and posture of the suction conveyance unit 220 or adjusting the position and posture of the introduction support unit 250.
- the position of the positive electrode 22 can be corrected by adjusting the position and posture of the introduction support part 250.
- the position of the sheet member is detected in a state where the sheet member is pressed against a flat reference surface, and this is used as position information of the sheet member in a subsequent process. Therefore, the position of the sheet member can be detected with high accuracy in a state where the deformation of the sheet member is corrected, and the accuracy of the process is improved in, for example, a subsequent transport process or a process of stacking with another sheet member.
