Abstract
【解決方法】この組成物に組み込まれる1,4−ポリブタジエンは、少なくとも85〜約92%のシス含有量と、約1%〜約5%のビニル含有量と、約3〜約12%のトランス含有量と、を含み、この1,4−ポリブタジエンは、示差走査熱量測定(DSC)によって測定したときに、約5〜約25J/g℃の溶融エンタルピーΔHmを有する。

Description
本出願は、2015年12月7日出願の米国特許仮出願第62/263,821号に対する優先権を主張するものであり、全体として参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
Claims (15)
- 重合体であって、
少なくとも85〜約92%のシス含有量、約1%〜約5%のビニル含有量、約3〜約12%のトランス含有量を有する、1,4−ポリブタジエンを含み、
前記重合体が、示差走査熱量測定(DSC)によって測定したときに、約5〜約25J/g℃の溶融エンタルピーΔHmを有する、重合体。 - 前記シス含有量が約85%〜約90%であり、前記ビニル含有量が約1〜約3%であり、前記トランス含有量が約5〜約10%である、請求項1に記載の重合体。
- 前記1,4−ポリブタジエンが約−20℃〜−約40℃の融解温度(Tm)を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の重合体。
- 前記1,4−ポリブタジエンが約250,000g/mol〜約350,000g/molのピーク分子量を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の重合体。
- 示差走査熱量測定(DSC)によって測定したときに、前記溶融エンタルピーΔHmが約10〜約20J/g℃である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の重合体。
- ゴム組成物であって、
請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の重合体と、
補強充填剤と、
硬化剤と、を含む、ゴム組成物。 - 前記ゴム組成物が、−30℃において、約10,000,000〜約20,000,000Paの複素弾性率G*を有する、請求項6に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記補強充填剤がカーボンブラックを含み、前記硬化剤が硫黄を含む、請求項6又は7に記載のゴム組成物。
- 天然ゴム、追加の合成ゴム、又はこれらの組み合わせを更に含む、請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記追加の合成ゴムが、ポリブタジエン、ポリイソプレン、ポリイソブチレン−co−イソプレン、ネオプレン、ポリ(エチレン−co−プロピレン)、ポリ(スチレン−co−ブタジエン)、ポリ(スチレン−co−イソプレン)、及びポリ(スチレン−co−イソプレン−co−ブタジエン)、ポリ(イソプレン−co−ブタジエン)、ポリ(エチレン−co−プロピレン−co−ジエン)、ポリスルフィドゴム、アクリルゴム、ウレタンゴム、シリコーンゴム、エピクロロヒドリンゴム、又はこれらの混合物を含む、請求項9に記載のゴム組成物。
- 方法であって、
1,3−ブタジエンを含む溶液を重合して、少なくとも85〜約92%のシス含有量と、約1%〜約5%のビニル含有量と、約3〜約12%のトランス含有量と、を有する1,4−ポリブタジエンを産生することを含み、前記重合が、ランタニド金属錯体を含む触媒によって触媒され、
前記1,4−ポリブタジエンが、示差走査熱量測定(DSC)によって測定したときに、約5〜約25J/g℃の溶融エンタルピーΔHmを有する、方法。 - 前記ランタニド金属錯体が、ランタン、ネオジウム、セリウム、プラセオジム、プロメチウム、サマリウム、ユーロピウム、ガドリニウム、テルビウム、ジスプロシウム、ホルミウム、エルビウム、ツリウム、イッテルビウム、ルテチウム、及びジジミウムのうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ランタニド金属錯体がガドリニウムを含む、請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒が、非配位性化合物及びアルキル化剤を更に含む、請求項11〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記シス含有量が約85%〜約90%であり、前記ビニル含有量が約1〜約3%であり、前記トランス含有量が約5%〜約10%である、請求項11〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
