Abstract
Description
図1に示すように、巻線型コイル部品10は、フェライトコア20と、端子電極50と、巻線55とを有している。フェライトコア20は、巻芯部30と、巻芯部30の両端に設けられた1対の鍔部40と、が一体的に形成されたフェライト焼結体からなる。このように、フェライト焼結体そのものがフェライトコア20であるので、以下の説明では、フェライトコアを指すために用いた参照符号「20」を、フェライト焼結体を指すためにも用いることにする。
(1)ポア率が0.70%を超えかつ1.00%以下のフェライト焼結体では、15%の強度向上が確認され、
(2)ポア率が0.50%を超えかつ0.70%以下のフェライト焼結体では、39%の強度向上が確認され、
(3)ポア率が0.05%を超えかつ0.50%以下のフェライト焼結体では、82%の強度向上が確認された。
図6を参照して、フェライトコア21は上下非対称形状であり、フェライトコア21の巻芯部30は、鍔部40の高さ方向Tdの中心C1からずれた位置に設けられている。より具体的には、巻芯部30の高さ方向Tdの中心C2は、鍔部40の高さ方向Tdの中心C1より上方へずれた位置に設けられている。巻芯部30の中心C2と鍔部40の中心C1とのずれ量Bは、たとえば、0.01〜0.025mm程度とすることができる。
図7を参照して、フェライトコア22の巻芯部30は、その長さ方向Ldと直交する断面形状が楕円状または略楕円状であり、断面の長径方向が幅方向Wdに向いている本体部35と、本体部35の幅方向Wdの両端部から外方に突出するリブ36とを有している。リブ36は、製造工程におけるパンチの破損を防止するために設けられている。

Claims (14)
- 長さ方向に延びる巻芯部と、前記巻芯部の前記長さ方向の両端に設けられ、前記長さ方向に直交する高さ方向において前記巻芯部から張り出した鍔部と、が一体的に形成されたフェライト焼結体からなり、
前記巻芯部および前記鍔部の内部には、ポアが存在し、
前記巻芯部における前記ポアの存在割合は0.05%以上かつ1.00%以下である、
フェライトコア。 - 前記巻芯部における前記ポアの存在割合は0.70%以下である、請求項1に記載のフェライトコア。
- 前記巻芯部における前記ポアの存在割合は0.50%以下である、請求項2に記載のフェライトコア。
- 前記鍔部における前記ポアの存在割合は0.05%以上かつ1.20%以下である、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のフェライトコア。
- 前記鍔部における前記ポアの存在割合は0.84%以下である、請求項4に記載のフェライトコア。
- 前記鍔部における前記ポアの存在割合は0.60%以下である、請求項5に記載のフェライトコア。
- 前記フェライト焼結体の密度は5.2g/cm3以上かつ5.4g/cm3以下である、請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のフェライトコア。
- 前記高さ方向に測定した寸法について、前記巻芯部の寸法は前記鍔部の寸法の0.3倍以上かつ0.6倍以下である、請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載のフェライトコア。
- 前記鍔部は、前記高さ方向だけでなく、前記長さ方向および前記高さ方向の双方に直交する幅方向においても前記巻芯部から張り出している、請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載のフェライトコア。
- 前記高さ方向に測定した寸法および前記幅方向に測定した寸法の双方について、前記巻芯部の寸法は前記鍔部の寸法の0.3倍以上かつ0.6倍以下である、請求項9に記載のフェライトコア。
- 前記フェライト焼結体の前記長さ方向に測定した寸法は0.2mm以上かつ6.0mm以下である、請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載のフェライトコア。
- 前記鍔部の前記高さ方向の一方側に形成された端子電極をさらに備える、請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載のフェライトコア。
- 請求項12に記載のフェライトコアと、
前記巻芯部に配置された巻線と、
を備え、
前記巻線の両端が前記端子電極に電気的に接続されている、
巻線型コイル部品。 - 前記鍔部の前記高さ方向の他方側に配置された板状コアをさらに備える、請求項13に記載の巻線型コイル部品。
