Claims (6)
- 対象ケースに取り付けられ、前記対象ケースの内圧を調整するブリーザ装置であって、
前記対象ケースの内部空間と外部空間とを連通する吸気経路と、
前記内部空間と外部空間とを連通し、少なくとも一部が前記吸気経路と分離している排気経路と、
前記吸気経路に設けられ、前記内圧が外圧に比べて一定以上低い場合にのみ、外気の前記内部空間への流入を許容する吸気弁と、
前記排気経路に設けられ、前記内圧が前記外圧に比べて一定以上高い場合にのみ、前記内部空間内ガスの前記外部空間への流出を許容する排気弁と、
前記吸気経路のうち前記吸気弁よりも吸気流れ方向上流側に設けられ、気体を通過させる一方で液体の通過を遮断する止水フィルタと、
を備える、ことを特徴とするブリーザ装置。 - 請求項1に記載のブリーザ装置であって、
前記吸気経路および前記排気経路は、内部空間側の端部である内部端と、分岐点と、合流点と、前記外部空間側の端部である外部端と、を通り、
前記吸気経路および前記排気経路は、前記内部端から前記分岐点までの区間、および、前記合流点から前記外部端までの区間は、互いに共通の経路を通り、前記分岐点から前記合流点までの区間は、互いに分離した経路を通る、
ことを特徴とするブリーザ装置。 - 請求項2に記載のブリーザ装置であって、
前記止水フィルタは、前記吸気経路のうち、前記分岐点から前記合流点までの区間に配置され、
前記合流点から前記外部端までの距離は、前記合流点から前記止水フィルタまでの距離よりも、短い、
ことを特徴とするブリーザ装置。 - 請求項2または3に記載のブリーザ装置であって、
前記吸気経路は、前記合流点から前記止水フィルタまでの区間は、1回以上、屈曲している、ことを特徴とするブリーザ装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のブリーザ装置であって、
前記対象ケースに取り付けられ、前記内部空間に常時連通するメインホールが形成されたハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに密着して前記メインホールを蓋する第一閉鎖位置と、前記ハウジングから離間して前記メインホールを前記外部空間に連通させる第一開放位置と、の間で進退可能な第一可動体であって、前記第一閉鎖位置において前記メインホールと外部空間とを繋げるサブホールが形成された第一可動体と、
前記メインホール内に設けられ、前記第一可動体に密着して前記サブホールを蓋する第二閉鎖位置と、前記サブホールから離間して前記メインホールを前記サブホールを介して前記外部空間に連通させる第二開放位置と、の間で進退可能な第二可動体と、
前記第一可動体を前記第一閉鎖位置方向に付勢する第一付勢部材と、
前記第二可動体を前記第二閉鎖位置方向に付勢する第二付勢部材と、
前記サブホールを挟んで前記第二可動体の反対側に配置され、前記サブホールを覆う前記止水フィルタと、
を備え、
前記第一可動体および前記第一付勢部材が、前記排気弁として機能し、
前記第二可動体および前記第二付勢部材が、前記吸気弁として機能し、
前記第一可動体が、前記第二可動体および前記ハウジングよりも、高弾性の材料で構成されている、
ことを特徴とするブリーザ装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のブリーザ装置であって、
前記対象ケースは、モータを収容するモータケースである、ことを特徴とするブリーザ装置。
