Description
図2は、弁ユニットを備えたコンプレッサ装置の吸込み領域を、弁ユニットが開放位置を占めている場合において示す横断面図である。
Claims (12)
- コンプレッサ装置(1)、特に圧縮空気発生のためのスクリュコンプレッサであって、空気を吸い込むための吸込み開口を有するコンプレッサハウジング(2)が設けられており、運転時に開放位置を占めかつスイッチオフ状態において閉鎖位置を占める閉鎖エレメント(4)を備えた弁ユニット(3)が設けられており、閉鎖エレメント(4)が皿形に形成されていて、コンプレッサハウジング(2)に形成されたガイド輪郭(5)を介して閉鎖位置と開放位置との間において自由に軸方向運動可能に案内されている形式のものにおいて、閉鎖エレメント(4)を案内するためのガイド輪郭(5)が注型条片として形成されており、コンプレッサハウジング(2)が3つ〜6つの注型条片を有しており、開放位置への閉鎖エレメント(4)の軸方向運動が、行程制限エレメント(9)を用いて制限可能であり、閉鎖エレメント(4)と行程制限エレメント(9)との間に、戻し力を発生させるばね(10)が配置されていることを特徴とするコンプレッサ装置(1)。
- コンプレッサハウジング(2)の吸込み開口にフランジエレメント(6)が配置されていて、該フランジエレメント(6)が空気流入開口(7)を有していて、該空気流入開口(7)を通して、コンプレッサ装置(1)によって吸い込まれた空気が貫流する、請求項1記載のコンプレッサ装置(1)。
- フランジエレメント(6)が半径方向において対称的に形成されており、空気流入開口(7)がフランジエレメント(6)において該フランジエレメント(6)の対称軸線と同軸的に延びている、請求項2記載のコンプレッサ装置(1)。
- フランジエレメント(6)が、シール面を有しており、該シール面を閉鎖エレメント(4)が閉鎖位置においてシールする、請求項2又は3記載のコンプレッサ装置(1)。
- フランジエレメント(6)がシールエレメント(8)を有しており、該シールエレメント(8)がフランジエレメント(6)とコンプレッサハウジング(2)との間に配置されている、請求項2又は4記載のコンプレッサ装置(1)。
- ばね(10)がコイルばねとして形成されていて、コンプレッサ装置(1)のスイッチオフ状態において閉鎖エレメント(4)を閉鎖位置に押圧する、請求項1記載のコンプレッサ装置(1)。
- 閉鎖エレメント(4)がシールエレメント(11)を有していて、該シールエレメント(11)が吸込み領域を、フランジエレメント(6)のシール面における閉鎖エレメント(4)の面による接触時にシールする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のコンプレッサ装置(1)。
- フランジエレメント(6)が、コンプレッサハウジング(2)の外側に向かって形成された中空円筒形の区分を有している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のコンプレッサ装置(1)。
- 中空円筒形の区分の外側にフィルタ受容体(12)が配置されている、請求項8記載のコンプレッサ装置(1)。
- フィルタ受容体(12)がフィルタハウジング(13)及び空気フィルタ(14)又はそのいずれか一方を受容している、請求項9記載のコンプレッサ装置(1)。
- 弁ユニット(3)が、コンプレッサハウジング(2)の内側に位置していて、フランジエレメント(6)に隣接して配置されている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のコンプレッサ装置(1)。
- 弁ユニット(3)がコンプレッサハウジング(2)とは別体のハウジング内に配置されており、該別体のハウジングがコンプレッサハウジング(2)に組付け可能である、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のコンプレッサ装置(1)。
