Description
(2)本発明の自動車用防眩性・遮熱性シートは、明所の可視光透過率(%)が暗所の可視光透過率より大きく、明所の可視光透過率が70%以上であり、遮熱性能Ttsが63未満である。
(3)前記防眩性・遮熱性シートは屈折率が異なる2層以上の誘電体層を含み、波長400〜500nmの範囲に分光反射率の最大値を有し、当該最大値が12%以上であることが好ましい。
(4)前記防眩性・遮熱性シートは屈折率が異なる誘電体層が交互に4〜50層積層された積層部を有することが好ましい。
(5)1種以上の遮熱材料(遮熱グリーンガラスやITO微粒子を含有する樹脂層など)と組み合わせることが好ましい。
樹脂C:スピログリコール成分を共重合した共重合ポリエチレンテレフタレート
樹脂D:スピログリコール成分およびシクロヘキサンジカルボン酸成分を共重合した共重合ポリエチレンテレフタレート
樹脂E:シクロヘキサンジメタノール成分を共重合した共重合ポリエチレンテレフタレート
防眩性・遮熱性フィルム7はピカサス「40QPA6」(東レ株式会社製)を使用した。
グリーンガラスのフロートガラス板(厚さ2mm、以下「ガラス板」と記載する。)上に、接着層としての380μm厚のPVB(ポリビニルブチラールフィルム、積水化学工業社製、S−LEC PVB 0.38mm)のシート(以下「PVBシート」と記載する。)を置いた。その上に、上記防眩遮熱フィルムを、積層部を下側にして置き、さらに接着層としてのPVBシートを置き、最後にガラス板を置いて、防眩遮熱フィルムを接着層で挟み込んだ積層板を得た。この積層板を図1に記載した製造ラインに通した。
(光学特性)
分光光度計(日立製作所社製、U−4100)を用い、合わせガラス試験片のスペクトルを300〜2500nmの波長範囲で測定し、D65光源およびLED光源(図2)を使用した下記数値を計算により求めた。暗所の重価係数は、JIS Z 8785(2019)を使用した。

・可視光透過率:JIS R3106:1998準拠
・可視光反射率:JIS R3106:1998準拠
・日射透過率:JIS R3106:1998準拠
・日射反射率:JIS R3106:1998準拠
・透過色度:JIS Z 8722:2009準拠
・反射色度:JIS Z 8722:2009準拠
ISO13837:2008に準拠して測定した。Tts=27.6+0.724×(日射透過率)−0.276×(日射反射率)の式から算出した。
Claims (4)
- 防眩性・遮熱性シートと該防眩性・遮熱性シートを挟む2枚の透明板とを有する自動車用防眩性・遮熱性合わせガラスであって、
明所の可視光透過率(%)が暗所の可視光透過率より大きく、明所の可視光透過率が70%以上であり、遮熱性能Ttsが63未満であることを特徴とする自動車用防眩性・遮熱性合わせガラス。 - 前記防眩性・遮熱性シートは屈折率が異なる2層以上の誘電体層を含み、波長400〜500nmの範囲に分光反射率の最大値を有し、当該最大値が12%以上である、請求項1に記載の防眩性・遮熱性合わせガラス。
- 前記防眩性・遮熱性シートは屈折率が異なる誘電体層が交互に4〜50層積層された積層部を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の防眩性・遮熱性合わせガラス。
- 明所の可視光透過率(%)が暗所の可視光透過率より大きく、明所の可視光透過率が70%以上であり、遮熱性能Ttsが63未満であることを特徴とする自動車用防眩性・遮熱性シート。
