Claims (5)
- 推進装置、ブレーキ装置及びステアリング装置を含む車両の駐車支援システムであって、
前記車両を現在位置から目標位置に自律的に移動させる自動移動処理を実施するべく前記車両を制御する制御装置と、
前記車両の前記現在位置から前記目標位置までの軌道に対する前記車両の位置を検出する車両位置検出装置とを備え、
前記推進装置は変速機を含み、
前記車両は、前記変速機を操作するべく運転者によって操作可能なシフト装置と、前記ブレーキ装置を操作するべく前記運転者によって操作可能なブレーキペダルとを含み、
前記車両が切り返し位置以外で停止した場合、シフト維持条件が成立した場合を除き、前記制御装置は前記シフト装置のシフト位置をP又はNに切り替え、
前記シフト維持条件が成立する場合は、(i)前記車両が前記切り返し位置の近傍の手前の所定の範囲以外で停止し、かつ前記運転者による前記ブレーキペダルの踏み込みに起因して前記車両が停止した場合、(ii)前記車両を停止させた原因の発生又は前記車両の停止から所定の時間内に前記原因が除去された場合の少なくとも一方を含むことを特徴とする駐車支援システム。 - 前記シフト維持条件は、前記車両が前記切り返し位置の手前の前記所定の範囲内に存在し、かつ前記運転者による前記ブレーキペダルの操作に起因して前記車両が停止した場合を含まないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駐車支援システム。
- 前記シフト維持条件は、前記駐車支援システムに故障が生じたことに起因して前記車両が停止した場合を含まないことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の駐車支援システム。
- 前記車両は、前記制御装置の指令に基づいて前記運転者に対して報知を行う出力装置を更に含み、
前記制御装置は、前記目標位置又は前記切り返し位置以外で前記車両が停止した時、切り替えられ又は維持された前記シフト位置を前記出力装置に報知させることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の駐車支援システム。 - 前記車両位置検出装置は、前記車両の進行方向に存在する障害物を検出する外界センサを含み、
前記シフト維持条件が成立する場合は、前記(ii)の条件が成立する場合を含み、
前記(ii)の条件は、前記運転者による前記ブレーキペダルの踏み込みに起因して前記車両が停止し、かつ前記所定の時間内に前記ブレーキペダルの踏み込みを解除し又は緩めた場合と、前記外界センサが衝突予測範囲内に前記障害物を検出したことにより前記車両が停止し、かつ前記所定の時間内に前記障害物が前記衝突予測範囲の外に移動した場合とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の駐車支援システム。
