Claims (12)
- PWM制御方式(A1)及びブロック制御方式(A3)によって作動可能である電気機械(100)の作動方法において、
前記PWM制御方式(A1)と前記ブロック制御方式(A3)との間の移行のために移行制御方式(A2)が使用され、そこでは、前記電気機械(100)のトルク(M)の閉ループ制御の枠内で、位相電圧のd値(Ud)が操作変数として設定され、前記位相電圧のq値(Uq)が絶えず変更される、方法。 - 前記PWM制御方式(A1)から前記ブロック制御方式(A3)への移行時に、前記位相電圧の前記q値(Uq)を上昇させる、及び/又は、
前記ブロック制御方式(A3)から前記PWM制御方式(A1)への移行時に、前記位相電圧の前記q値(Uq)を低下させる、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記位相電圧の前記q値(Uq)を、予め定められた勾配(ΔU)で変化させる、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記位相電圧のq値(Uq)が、先行する前記動作制御方式(A1,A3)において最後に使用された値を起点として変更される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記PMW制御方式(A1)から前記ブロック制御方式(A3)への前記移行が、前記移行の開始時に前記電気機械の同期発生電圧(UP)が、前記電気機械の直流リンク電圧(Udc)に係数2/πを乗じた値以上である場合には、直接、前記移行制御方式なしに実施され、及び/又は、前記ブロック制御方式(A3)から前記PMW制御方式(A1)への前記移行が、前記移行の開始時に前記電気機械の同期発生電圧(UP)が、前記電気機械の直流リンク電圧(Udc)に係数2/πを乗じた値以下である場合には、直接、移行動作制御方式なしに実施され、好適にはそれぞれ、前記移行の方向に応じて正値又は負値をとる、予め設定可能なオフセット(O)を加算して実施される、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電気機械の回転数(n)が、好適には予め設定可能なある一つの正値をとるオフセット(O)を加算した、予め設定可能な回転数閾値(nGr)よりも大きい場合には、前記PMW制御方式(A1)から前記移行制御方式(A3)への切替えが実施される、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- d−q座標系における前記位相電圧(Udq)の絶対値が、前記直流リンク電圧(Udc)に係数2/πを乗じた値以上である場合には、前記移行制御方式(A2)から前記ブロック制御方式(A3)への切替えが実施される、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電気機械の回転数(n)が、好適には予め設定可能なある一つの正値をとるオフセット(O)を減算した、予め設定可能な回転数閾値(nGr)よりも小さい場合には、前記ブロック制御方式(A3)から前記移行制御方式(A2)への切替えが実施される、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 位相電流のd値(Id)が、前記PWM制御方式における、好適には予め設定可能なある一つの正値をとるオフセット(O)を減算した、前記位相電流の前記d値に関する基準値(Id,ref)以下である場合には、前記移行制御方式(A2)から前記PWM制御方式(A1)への切替えが実施される、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実行するように設えられた計算ユニット(140)。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の方法が計算ユニット(140)上で遂行される場合には、前記計算ユニット(140)に指令して前記方法を実行させる、コンピュータ・プログラム。
- 請求項11に記載のコンピュータ・プログラムが記憶されている、コンピュータで読み取ることができる記憶媒体。
