Abstract
Description
本願は、米国仮特許出願第62/567,266号(出願日2017年10月3日)の優先権の利益を主張するものであり、その内容全体は本明細書に援用される。
本明細書で提供されるのは、生体処理容器の製造に有用な材料及び生体処理容器の完全性試験方法である。生体液体及び/又は溶液を収容、輸送、混合及び/又は処理するために有用な使い捨ての単回使用の容器及びシステムを製造するための、型押し模様又はエンボスパターンを有するフィルム材料が開示される。より具体的には、様々な寸法及び複雑さの小容積及び大容積の容器をはじめとするこのような容器の完全性試験が開示される。
Claims (20)
- 可撓性容器を試験する方法であって、
a)負の大気圧まで容器から空気を抜くことであって、容器が折り畳み可能な可撓性容器であり、少なくとも2つの対向する可撓性壁を備え、容器の内部の壁の少なくとも1つの表面は、該少なくとも1つの壁上の複数のチャネルまたは陥凹機構を含むこと、
b)容器の完全性を決定するために空気の質量流又は真空状態をモニタリングすること、
を含む方法。 - 前記複数のチャネル又は陥凹機構が前記壁にエンボス加工される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの壁の表面が、型押し模様が付けられた表面、マット仕上げされた表面又はエンボス加工された表面である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 折り畳み可能な可撓性容器があらかじめ折り畳まれている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記容器が、付属品、管、接続部、及びそれらの組み合わせをさらに備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記負の大気圧が約−1PSI〜−14PSIの間である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記容器が生物学的容器である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記可撓性壁がポリマーフィルムを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 折り畳み可能な可撓性生体処理容器内の2ミクロン以上の欠陥を検出する方法であって、
a)折り畳み可能な可撓性生体処理容器を提供し、容器が少なくとも2つの対向する可撓性の壁を含み、容器の内部の壁の表面は、前記壁上の複数のチャネル又は陥凹機構を含み、
b)負の大気圧まで容器から空気を抜き、
c)質量流又は真空状態をモニタリングすること
を含み、質量流の増加は欠陥の存在を意味する、方法。 - 前記複数のチャネル又は陥凹機構が前記壁にエンボス加工される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記壁の表面が、マット仕上げされた表面である、請求項9又は請求項10に記載の方法。
- 折り畳み可能な可撓性生体処理容器があらかじめ折り畳まれている、請求項10〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記容器が、付属品、管、接続部、及びそれらの組み合わせをさらに備える、請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記負の大気圧が約−1PSI〜−14PSIの間である、請求項10〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 折り畳み可能な可撓性生体処理容器であって、少なくとも2つの対向する柔軟な壁を含み、容器の内部の壁の表面が前記壁上の複数のチャネルを含む、容器。
- 前記複数のチャネル又は陥凹機構が前記壁にエンボス加工される、請求項15に記載の容器。
- 前記壁の表面が、マット仕上げされた表面である、請求項15又は16に記載の容器。
- 折り畳み可能な可撓性生体処理容器があらかじめ折り畳まれている、請求項15〜17のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- 付属品、管、接続部、及びそれらの組み合わせをさらに備える、請求項15〜18のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- ポリマーフィルムを含む、請求項15〜19のいずれか一項記載の容器。
