Abstract
Description
第1の実施形態によれば、70gsmの平織りを有する裏地用布地としての使用に適したリヨセル繊維織布をジッガ染色機で加工した。
以下の液中、75%のウェットピックアップでパディング。
・45g/l Fixapret ECO(BASF製DMDHEU樹脂)
・20g/l Siligen VN(軟化剤)
・14g/l Siligen SIN(軟化剤)
・15g/l 塩化マグネシウム
・1g/l 酢酸
・1g/l Kieralon Jet B濃縮液(湿潤剤)
70〜80%のピックアップでパディング。
120℃で乾燥させた後、テンターフレーム上、170℃で3分間硬化させる。
第2の実施形態では、裏地として使用するのに適した、70gsmの平織りであるリヨセル繊維織布をジッガ染色機で加工した。

Claims (14)
- 糸(6)を含むか又は糸(6)からなる少なくとも1つの層を有する裏地用布地(3)であって、前記糸(6)がリヨセル繊維(7)を含むか又はリヨセル繊維(7)からなり、コンディショニングされた状態(conditioned state)で、前記糸(6)中の前記リヨセル繊維(7)の平均線密度が0.6〜4dtexである裏地用布地(3)。
- 5回洗濯した後の総洗濯収縮率が10%以下である裏地用布地(3)。
- 各糸(6)が30〜200dtexの線密度を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の裏地用布地(3)。
- 5回洗濯した後の各糸(6)の一方向の洗濯収縮率が3.5%以下である、請求項3に記載の裏地用布地(3)。
- コンディショニングされた状態において、前記リヨセル繊維(7)の平均乾燥引張強度(average dry tenacity)が30cN/tex以上である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の裏地用布地(3)。
- コンディショニングされた状態において、前記繊維(7)の平均乾燥破断伸度が6%以上である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の裏地用布地(3)。
- 染色されている、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の裏地用布地(3)。
- 染料が反応性染料である、請求項7に記載の裏地用布地(3)。
- 前記糸(6)が樹脂仕上げ剤を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の裏地用布地(3)。
- 前記裏地用布地(3)の少なくとも1つの層は織られており、前記糸(6)として緯糸(14、6)及び経糸(13、6)からなるか、又は前記糸(6)として緯糸(14、6)及び経糸(13、6)を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の裏地用布地(3)。
- 前記緯糸(11)は、前記経糸(13、6)における前記リヨセル繊維(7)よりも低い平均線密度を有するリヨセル繊維(7)から作製される、請求項10に記載の裏地用布地(3)。
- 前記経糸(13、6)及び前記緯糸(14、6)の少なくとも一方がリング糸である、請求項10〜11のいずれか1項に記載の裏地用布地(3)。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の裏地用布地(3)からなる内側面(2)を有する衣料品(1)。
- 1.5dtex未満の平均線密度を有するリヨセル繊維(7)からなるか、又は1.5dtex未満の平均線密度を有するリヨセル繊維(7)を含む、衣料品(1)の裏地用布地(3)を作製するための糸(6)の使用。
