Abstract
Description
本明細書で言う接着剤組成物は、ポリビニルアルコール化合物、水溶性ポリフェノール化合物及び水を含む。一般的な水中接着剤の場合、毒性を有する場合が多いが、本発明では無害である原料を利用して水中でも耐水性を有する接着性組成物を提供する。
[実施形態]
<接着剤組成物の製造>
水80gに化学式aのポリビニルアルコール化合物(PVA、重量平均分子量13,000〜23,000、鹸化度87〜89%)20gを入れて、85℃のオーブンにて5時間撹拌し、20重量%のPVA水溶液を製造した。前記のような方法で40重量%のPVA水溶液をそれぞれ製造した。
韓国登録特許第10−1307367号の実施例1に記載された方法で、1g/mL濃度の線形PEG(Poly Ethylene Glycol、重量平均分子量2kDa)38μlと1g/mL濃度のタンニン酸(化学式b)162μlを混合して接着剤組成物を製造した。
<実験例1: 水中接着力測定>
実施例1ないし10及び比較例1で製造された接着剤組成物の水中接着力を測定するために、装置を図1のように考案して水中引張接着強度を測定した。
水中で一定時間コーティング及び保管した後、時間が経つにつれて、接着力が変化する度合いを確認した。実施例8で製造された接着剤組成物に対し、水中でのコーティング後、保管時間を変えながら、前記実験例1と同様の方法で引張接着強度を測定したのであり、これを図4にグラフで示す。
実施例3で製造された接着剤組成物に対し、水中での付着・脱着の回数による引張接着強度を測定し、表3に示す。
実施例3で製造された接着剤組成物を利用して、水中と水の外での引張接着強度を測定し、この印加圧力を、5Nと10Nと、異なるようにして測定した。この結果を表4に示す。

- ポリビニルアルコール化合物、水溶性ポリフェノール化合物及び水を含む接着剤組成物。
- 前記ポリビニルアルコール化合物はランダム共重合体の形態である、請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 前記ポリビニルアルコール化合物は下記化学式1である、請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物。

(前記化学式1で表された、nとmはポリビニルアルコール化合物の単量体構成比であり、nは0.7以上1.0以下で、mは0以上0.3以下で、n+m=1である。) - 前記ポリビニルアルコール化合物は、水酸基(OH)、アミン基(NH2)、スクシンイミジルスクシナート(Succinimidyl succinate)、コハク酸(Succinic acid)、チオール基(SH)、アクリレート(Acrylate)、エポキシド(Epoxide)、マレイミド(Maleimide)、ニトロフェニルカーボネート(Nitrophenyl carbonate)、オルトピリジルジスルフィド(orthopyridyl disulfide)トシル基(Tosylate)、アジド(Azide)、リン酸基、オリゴアミン基([−CH2−CH2−NH−]n)、カテコール及びカテコールアミンからなる群から選択した作用基を含む、請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 水溶性ポリフェノール化合物/ポリビニルアルコール化合物の含量比(固形分基準)が0.5以上の配合比である、請求項1に記載の接着性組成物。

- 前記ポリビニルアルコール化合物と水溶性ポリフェノール化合物とは、互いに水素結合されている、請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物。
