Claims (11)
- 負荷(3)と接続された電動機(1)のトルク脈動TTRを推定する方法であって、制御回路(5)の制御部において前記電動機(1)のための調整トルクTset_UUTと、前記負荷(3)で測定された出力トルクTshaftと、前記電動機(1)の質量慣性モーメントJとから前記電動機(1)の理想回転数ωidealが決定され、前記電動機(1)で測定された実回転数ωUUTの理想回転数ωidealが、前記制御器(6)の調整量として現在トルク脈動TTRが生成されるように前記制御回路(5)の前記制御器(6)によって追従制御される、方法。
- 前記方法は、永久磁石同期機の前記トルク脈動を推定するために用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、試験台で用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記負荷(3)は、制御可能な負荷(3)であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、前記電動機(1)によって駆動される車両の作動中に用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、前記トルク脈動を補償するために用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 負荷(3)と接続された電動機(1)のトルク脈動TTRを推定する装置であって、前記電動機(1)の実回転数ωUUTを測定するためのセンサと、前記負荷(3)の出力トルクTshaftを測定するためのセンサとを備える、装置において、
前記装置が制御回路(5)を備え、前記制御回路(5)は、
a.前記電動機(1)の調整トルクTset_UUTと、出力トルクTshaftと、前記電動機(1)の質量慣性モーメントJとから前記電動機(1)の理想回転数ωidealが決定される制御部を備え、
b.制御器(6)を備え、前記制御器(6)の調整量として前記トルク脈動TTRが生成されるように、前記制御器(6)は前記実回転数ωUUTの前記理想回転数ωidealを追従制御する、
ことを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記装置は、電動機(1)のための試験台の一部であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記負荷(3)は、制御可能な負荷(3)であることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、車両の駆動装置の一部であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記電動機(1)は、永久磁石同期機であることを特徴とする、請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
