Claims (19)
- 風路カバーと、
密閉風室であって、前記風路カバーと冷蔵庫の内箱によって区画形成され、冷蔵庫の蒸発器が前記内箱の外表面に配置され、且つ前記密閉風室の位置と対応付けられる、密閉風室と、
前記密閉風室内に配置され、前記密閉風室を、順次連通する吸込領域、第1送風領域、及び第2送風領域に仕切るガイドリブとを備え、
前記吸込領域内には、冷蔵庫のチャンバー内の熱気を吸入するための吸込口が設けられ、前記第1送風領域は前記吸込領域の上方に位置し、前記第1送風領域には上吹出口が設けられ、前記第2送風領域は前記第1送風領域の下部に位置し、且つ前記ガイドリブによって前記吸込領域と仕切られ、前記第2送風領域内には下吹出口が設けられ、前記吸込領域と、前記第1送風領域と、前記第2送風領域とは、前記吸込口を経由して前記冷蔵庫のチャンバーから吸入された空気が、前記吸込領域に沿って前記第1送風領域内まで上へ流れ、一部の空気が前記上吹出口を経由して冷蔵庫のチャンバーに入り、他の一部の空気が前記第2送風領域内まで下へ流れ、前記下吹出口を経由して冷蔵庫のチャンバーに入るように配置される、
冷蔵庫用送風システム。 - 前記密閉風室は、前記風路カバーと前記冷蔵庫の内箱の内側壁によって区画形成され、
前記冷蔵庫の内箱には、前記冷蔵庫のチャンバーが設けられ、前記密閉風室と前記冷蔵庫のチャンバーとは、前記風路カバーによって仕切られる、請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫用送風システム。 - 前記風路カバーには、前記上吹出口、前記下吹出口及び前記吸込口が設けられ、
前記下吹出口は、前記上吹出口と前記吸込口との間に位置する、請求項2に記載の冷蔵庫用送風システム。 - 前記ガイドリブは、前記風路カバーの前記内箱に対面する表面に固定される、請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫用送風システム。
- 前記ガイドリブは、第1ガイドリブ及び第2ガイドリブを含み、前記第1ガイドリブは閉塞された環状であり、前記第2ガイドリブは前記第1ガイドリブの環状内に設けられ、且つ上端が開口すると共に下端が閉塞された前記第2送風領域を区画形成し、前記第2ガイドリブと前記第1ガイドリブの下端との間には、前記吸込領域が形成され、前記第2送風領域の開口端と前記第1ガイドリブの上端との間には、前記第1送風領域が形成される、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の冷蔵庫用送風システム。
- 第3ガイドリブをさらに含み、前記第3ガイドリブは前記第1送風領域内に位置し、且つ鉛直方向に沿って延び、前記第3ガイドリブの一端は、前記第1ガイドリブに接続され、他端は、前記第2送風領域の開口端内に伸入し、前記第3ガイドリブの両側には、それぞれ前記上吹出口が設けられる、請求項5に記載の冷蔵庫用送風システム。
- 前記吸込口に遠心ファンが設けられ、前記第1ガイドリブの前記吸込口に近接する部分は、渦巻構造に形成される、請求項5に記載の冷蔵庫用送風システム。
- 前記上吹出口と前記下吹出口との間に中間吹出口が設けられ、前記中間吹出口は、前記第1送風領域に位置する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の冷蔵庫用送風システム。
- 前記第1ガイドリブと第2ガイドリブとは、いずれも前記風路カバーに固定され、且つ前記第2ガイドリブの前記風路カバーから離れた側と前記内箱との間は、第1密封材によって密封される、請求項5〜8のいずれかに記載の冷蔵庫用送風システム。
- 前記第1密封材は、弾性密封シールと、前記弾性密封シールの一側に形成された第1係止溝とを含み、前記第1係止溝は前記第2ガイドリブと係着し、前記弾性密封シールは前記内箱に当接して貼合される、請求項9に記載の冷蔵庫用送風システム。
- 前記第1係止溝は、前記弾性密封シールの前記第2ガイドリブに近接する側に位置する、請求項10に記載の冷蔵庫用送風システム。
- 前記弾性密封シールには、エアチャンバーが形成されている、請求項10又は11に記載の冷蔵庫用送風システム。
- 前記エアチャンバーには弾性仕切リブが設けられ、前記弾性仕切リブは、前記エアチャンバーを2つに仕切り、且つ前記弾性仕切リブは、前記弾性密封シールの取付方向と直交である、請求項12に記載の冷蔵庫用送風システム。
- 前記風路カバーの前記内箱に対面する面のエッジと密閉風室内とは、係止構造によって係着され、且つ第2密封材によって密封される、請求項5〜8のいずれかに記載の冷蔵庫用送風システム。
- 前記内箱中には、凹室が形成され、前記風路カバーは、前記凹室の開口に施蓋し;前記係止構造は、前記凹室の側壁に配置された第2係止溝と、前記風路カバーのエッジの一周に沿って間隔配置された複数の係止鈎とを含み、前記第2係止溝は前記複数の係止鈎と係合する、請求項14に記載の冷蔵庫用送風システム。
- 前記係止鈎は、風路カバーに設けられ、且つ前記第1ガイドリブの外周に位置する、又は、
前記係止鈎は前記第1ガイドリブに設けられる、請求項15に記載の冷蔵庫用送風システム。 - 前記第2密封材は、前記風路カバーのエッジと前記内箱との間に設けられる環状の密封シールであり、前記環状の密封シールは、前記風路カバーのエッジの一周を囲むように配置される、請求項14に記載の冷蔵庫用送風システム。
- 前記第1ガイドリブ及び第2ガイドリブの屈曲箇所は、いずれも弧状面の移行部である、請求項5〜8のいずれかに記載の冷蔵庫用送風システム。
- 請求項1〜18のいずれかに記載の冷蔵庫用送風システムを備える、間冷式冷蔵庫。
