Claims (10)
- ハウジング底(6)を有する圧縮機ハウジング(4)と、低圧側の入口(46)から高圧側の出口(16)へ流体(F)を搬送するための、前記圧縮機ハウジング(4)に支承された圧縮機部分(8)とを備えた、流体(F)を圧縮するための圧縮機(2)、特に電動式冷媒圧縮機であって、
前記ハウジング底(6)内に分離装置(14)が組み込まれ、この分離装置が前記出口(16)に接続された円筒状分離室(18)と、その中に同軸に配置された、流体(F)に含まれる潤滑剤(24)を分離するための分離機(20)とを備え、
前記圧縮機ハウジング(4)の高圧室(40)が貫通通路(27)によって流れ技術的に前記分離室(18)に接続され、
前記貫通通路(27)が前記分離機(20)の中央の中心軸線(M)に対してずらして半径方向から前記分離室(18)に注ぐように、前記貫通通路が前記高圧室(40)と前記分離室(18)の間の中間壁(44)に形成されている、
前記圧縮機(2)において、
前記貫通通路(27)の内法幅(a)が、前記分離機(20)と前記分離室(18)の内壁(56)の間に形成された環状隙間(58)の隙間幅(b)よりも小さいかまたはこの隙間幅に等しいことを特徴とする圧縮機(2)。 - 搬送される流体(F)が前記分離機(20)に対して接線方向から前記分離室(18)に流入するように、前記貫通通路(27)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮機(2)。
- 前記貫通通路(27)が前記分離機(20)の中央の中心軸線(M)に対して半径方向にずれており、前記貫通通路(27)のずれ(c)と前記内法幅(a)の合計が前記分離室(18)の半径(d)よりも小さいかまたはこの半径に等しいことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の圧縮機(2)。
- 前記貫通通路(27)が、流体(F)の流入方向(E)に対して平行におよび/または前記ハウジング底(6)に対して垂直に向けられた内壁(55)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の圧縮機(2)。
- 前記分離室(18)が前記ハウジング底(6)に対して半径方向に向けられ、前記貫通通路(27)がこの半径方向(R)に沿って細長く形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の圧縮機(2)。
- 前記貫通通路(27)が前記中間壁(44)の長穴状の切欠きであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の圧縮機(2)。
- 前記切欠きがほぼ長方形の断面形状を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の圧縮機(2)。
- 前記分離室(18)が前記ハウジング底(6)の内壁(41)と前記高圧室(40)の間に形成され、少なくとも一部が前記高圧室内に達していることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の圧縮機(2)。
- 前記ハウジング底(6)が前記分離室(18)から軸方向に突き出た、前記高圧室を形成するための環状壁(34)を備え、
前記貫通通路(27)が前記環状壁(34)内に、特に前記出口(16)の方向に半径方向にずらして配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の圧縮機(2)。 - 前記圧縮機部分(8)が前記環状壁(34)に載っていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の圧縮機(2)。
