Abstract
【解決手段】一端をそれぞれ第1のハウジング11の外部に開口するとともに、互いに順次分岐して分離室51と冷媒吐出口14とを連通する第1、第2及び第3の冷媒通路60,61,62と、第1及び第2の冷媒通路60,61の開口部60a,61aを閉塞する第1の保護装置70及び第2の保護装置80を設けたシール部材を備えたので、冷媒吐出口14を分離室51の位置に拘わらず自由に配置することができ、設計上極めて有利である。また、従来のように第1の保護装置70及び第2の保護装置80を取付ける開口部を別途形成する必要がないので、部品点数及び加工工数を減らすことができ、生産性の向上及び製造コストの低減を図ることができる。

Claims (3)
- 圧縮機本体内に吸入された冷媒を圧縮する圧縮部と、圧縮部から吐出された冷媒に含まれる潤滑油を冷媒から分離する分離室とを備え、分離室の冷媒を圧縮機本体の冷媒吐出口から外部に吐出するようにした圧縮機において、
一端をそれぞれ圧縮機本体の外部に開口する複数の冷媒通路を備え、一つの冷媒通路に対して他の一つの冷媒通路を分岐させることにより、各冷媒通路によって前記分離室と冷媒吐出口とを連通し、
冷媒吐出口となる開口部を除く他の冷媒通路の一端開口部をシール部材によって閉塞するとともに、
少なくとも一つのシール部材に冷媒通路内の圧力または温度に応じて作動する保護装置を設けた
ことを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 前記各冷媒通路を、他端を分離室に連通する第1の冷媒通路と、第1の冷媒通路から分岐する第2の冷媒通路と、第2の冷媒通路から分岐して一端開口部を冷媒吐出口に連通する第3の冷媒通路とから形成し、
第1及び第2の冷媒通路の開口部を閉塞するシール部材のうち、一方のシール部材に冷媒通路内の圧力に応じて作動する第1の保護装置を設け、
他方のシール部材には冷媒通路内の温度に応じて作動する第2の保護装置を設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の圧縮機。 - 前記シール部材に冷媒通路の一端開口部に螺合するネジ部を設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の圧縮機。
