Abstract
Description
・厚さが1mm以下の第1のガラスペインを支持成形型上に配置し、そこで第1のガラスペインを低温曲げ加工して、この支持成形型により決定される形状にすること、
・第1のガラスペインの上に少なくても1つの熱可塑性フィルムを配置すること、
・熱可塑性フィルムの上に厚さが1.5mm以上の湾曲した第2のガラスペインを配置すること、及び
・積層加工により第1のガラスペインを熱可塑性フィルムを介して第2のガラスペインに結合させて、複合ガラスペインを作製すること。

Claims (15)
- 少なくとも次のことを含む、複合ガラスペインを製造するための方法:
・厚さが1mm以下の第1のガラスペイン(1)を支持成形型(4)上に配置し、そこで前記第1のガラスペイン(1)を湾曲させて、前記支持成形型(4)により決定される形状にすること、
・前記第1のガラスペイン(1)の上に、少なくても1つの熱可塑性フィルム(3)を配置すること、
・前記熱可塑性フィルム(3)の上に、厚さが1.5mm以上の湾曲した第2のガラスペイン(2)を配置すること、及び
・積層加工により前記第1のガラスペイン(1)を前記熱可塑性フィルム(3)を介して前記第2のガラスペイン(2)に結合させて、複合ガラスペインを作製すること。 - 前記支持成形型(4)が凸状である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記支持成形型(4)が、前記第1のガラスペイン(1)が実質的に全面で接触する支持面を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記支持成形型(4)が複数の支持ピン(6)を有し、その上に前記第1のガラスペイン(1)が実質的に点方式で載置される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記支持成形型(4)が少なくとも5つの支持ピン(6)を有する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2つの支持ピン(6)が加熱可能である、請求項4又は5に記載の方法。
- 前記支持ピン(6)が互いに独立して可動式である、請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のガラスペイン(1)を、負圧の適用により前記支持成形型に当てて吸引し、こうして湾曲させる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のガラスペイン(1)が化学強化されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のガラスペイン(1)がアルミノケイ酸塩ガラス製であり、前記第2のガラスペイン(2)がソーダ石灰ガラス製である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性フィルム(3)がポリビニルブチラール(PVB),エチレン酢酸ビニル(EVA)又はポリウレタン(PU)を含んでいる、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のガラスペイン(2)の厚さが1.5mm〜5mmである、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のガラスペイン(1)の厚さが0.2mm〜1.0mmである、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの熱可塑性フィルム(3)により結合されている、厚さが1mm以下の第1のガラスペイン(1)及び厚さが1.5mm以上の第2のガラスペイン(2)を含んでおり、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法で製造可能な、複合ガラスペイン。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法で製造された複合ガラスペインの、乗り物の窓用ペイントしての使用。
