Claims (10)
- 複数のバッテリーセルが積層されるバッテリーセル積層体と、
前記複数のバッテリーセルに各々備えられた電極リードが結合されたバスバーと、
を含み、
前記バスバーが前記電極リードを加圧することで前記バスバーと前記電極リードとが電気的に接続されていることを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バスバーは、
前記電極リードに電気的に接続されたベース部材と、
前記ベース部材に回転可能に結合し、前記ベース部材との間に介在された前記電極リードを加圧する回転部材と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記回転部材は、一対として設けられ、前記ベース部材の両側端部に各々結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ベース部材は、
横方向に形成される一対の横部材と、
縦方向に形成され、前記一対の横部材を連結する縦部材と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記横部材の横方向の長さが前記縦部材の横方向の長さよりも長く形成され、前記一対の横部材の各々の端部の間には空間が形成され、
前記一対の回転部材が、前記空間に回転可能に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 複数の電極リードが相互に結合した電極リード群が、前記ベース部材と前記回転部材との間に介在されることを特徴とする、請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 複数の電極リードが、超音波溶接によって結合されて前記電極リード群が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記電極リードが介在された前記ベース部材と前記回転部材との間を溶接で結合することを特徴とする、請求項2から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、自動車。
