Abstract
Description
Claims (25)
- 各電池が、
a)1対のシート状電極と、
b)前記電極間の電解質と、
c)少なくとも1個の前記シート状電極から突出し、前記少なくとも1個の前記シート状電極に電気的に接続された、1対の全体的に対向する主要面を有する1枚のシート状集電要素とを含む、複数の電池において、
前記複数の電池は、各電池の各シート状集電要素が各シート状集電要素の主要面と並行であって、相対するように、積層型に構成されており、
1対の腕を有する1つの集電端子は、その腕が相互に離れた関係にあって、その間にシート状集電要素を受容する窪みを画定し、
前記腕の各々が、前記シート状集電要素の1つの一主要面の少なくとも一部と重なり合い、
前記集電要素が前記集電端子に電気的に接続されること
を含む電気化学的(EC)電池束。 - 前記各シート状集電要素が各々の主要面を介して互いに電気的に接続される、請求項1に記載のEC電池束。
- 前記各シート状集電要素の前記各主要面が、前記窪み中で互いに物理的に接触している、請求項2に記載のEC電池束。
- 各電池のシート状電極の少なくとも一方から突出するシート状集電要素が、前記シート状電極の前記少なくとも一方と重なり合う、請求項3に記載のEC電池束。
- 前記腕が互いに分岐する、請求項4に記載のEC電池束。
- 前記集電端子が、前記シート状集電要素上で圧着された延性金属材料から作られる、請求項4に記載のEC電池束。
- 前記集電端子が、前記シート状集電要素に溶接される、請求項4に記載のEC電池束。
- 前記腕の長さが異なり、前記腕の一方が前記腕の他方よりも長い、請求項4に記載のEC電池束。
- 前記少なくとも1個のシート状電極が陽極又は陰極のいずれかである、請求項4に記載のEC電池束。
- 前記金属材料が、銅、真鍮、金、銀、アルミニウム、及びそれらの合金からなる群から選択される、請求項6に記載のEC電池束。
- 各EC電池束の前記腕の他方よりも長い前記腕が、互いに相対し、互いに電気的に接触するように、1対のEC電池束が並行して構成される、請求項8に記載の少なくとも前記1対のEC電池束を含むエネルギー貯蔵デバイス。
- 前記1対のシート状電極が陽極と陰極を含み、前記シート状集電要素が前記陰極から突出し、前記陰極に電気的に接続される、請求項1に記載のEC電池束。
- 前記陰極が、LixVyOz、LiCoO2、LixMnyOz、LiNiO2、LiFePO4、VxOy、MnyOz、Fe(PO4)3、LixTiyOzからなる群から選択される電気化学的に活性な材料を含む、請求項12に記載のEC電池束。
- 前記陽極が、カチオン源及び集電要素の両方として働く、リチウム又はリチウム合金の金属シ−トを含む、請求項13に記載のEC電池束。
- 前記集電要素が、アルミニウムと、導電性要素を有する保護層とを含む、請求項12に記載のEC電池束。
- 前記電解質が固体である、請求項15に記載のEC電池束。
- 各電池が、
a)1対のシート状電極と、
b)前記電極の間に挿入された電解質と、
c)少なくとも1個の前記シート状電極から突出し、全体的に対向する1対の主要面を有する1枚のシート状集電要素と
を含む複数の電池を提供するステップと、
各前記電池の各シート状集電要素が、各シート状集電要素の主要面と並行であって、相対するように複数の電池を積層型に構成するステップと、
集電端子を前記シート状集電要素(複数)上に当てるステップにおいて、前記集電端子は、その1対の腕が、相互に離れた関係にあって、その間にシート状集電要素(複数)を受容する窪みを画定する前記1対の腕を有するステップと
を含み、
前記各腕が、前記シート状集電要素の1つの一主要面の少なくとも一部と重なり合い、
前記集電要素(複数)が、前記集電端子に電気的に接続される
EC電池束を製作する方法。 - 前記各シート状集電要素が、各々の主要面を介して互いに電気的に接続される、請求項17に記載のEC電池束を製作する方法。
- 前記各シート状集電要素の各主要面が、前記窪みの中で互いに物理的に接触している、請求項18に記載のEC電池束を製作する方法。
- 前記集電端子が、前記シート状集電要素上で機械的に圧着された延性金属材料から作られる、請求項17に記載のEC電池束を製作する方法。
- 前記集電端子が折り曲げ形状をとる、請求項20に記載のEC電池束を製作する方法。
- 前記金属材料が、銅、真鍮、金、銀、アルミニウム、及びそれらの合金からなる群から選択される、請求項20に記載のEC電池束を製作する方法。
- 前記腕の長さが異なり、前記腕の一方が前記腕の他方よりも長い、請求項20に記載のEC電池束を製作する方法。
- 前記集電端子の前記腕の他方よりも長い腕が折り曲げられる、請求項11に記載のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス。
- 積層型のEC電池束が前記集電端子の前記折り曲げられた腕を介して直列に接続されるように、各前記集電端子の折り曲げられた腕が、並行して構成され、隣接する集電端子の隣接する折り曲げられた腕と電気的に接触する、請求項24に記載のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス。
