Claims (7)
- 互いに接合された基板(1)と、カバー(2)とを備え、レーダー用の視野(F)を規定する車両用レドームであって、
前記基板(1)と、前記カバー(2)とは、溶接によって、およびシーリング要素(4)によって、互いに接合され、
前記シーリング要素(4)は、前記視野(F)の外側に配置されていることを特徴とする車両用レドーム。 - 前記基板(1)および前記カバー(2)は、同じ材料で形成されている請求項1に記載の車両用レドーム。
- 前記基板(1)および前記カバー(2)は、異なる材料で形成されている請求項1に記載の車両用レドーム。
- 前記基板(1)および前記カバー(2)は、アクリロニトリルスチレンアクリレート(ASA)、アクリル樹脂、ポリスチレン、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリウレタン、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン(ABS)またはアクリロニトリルエチレンスチレン(AES)で形成されている請求項2または3に記載の車両用レドーム。
- 前記シーリング要素(4)は、接着剤および/または接合部である請求項1に記載の車両用レドーム。
- 前記基板(1)と、前記カバー(2)とは、複数の溶接トラックまたはスポット(3)によって溶接されている請求項1に記載の車両用レドーム。
- 前記溶接トラックまたはスポット(3)は、前記視野(F)の内側および/または外側に配置されている請求項6に記載の車両用レドーム。
