Abstract
Description
以下に図面を参照して本発明の実施形態を説明する。図1は第1実施形態の紙製包装体の斜視図を示している。紙製包装体1は上端に開口部1aを有する三方シール袋から成り、内部に内容物を収納する収納部9を設けられる。収納部9に収納される内容物は菓子類を含む食品等から成っている。
次に、第2実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は熱接着性樹脂層23が疎水性ゼオライトを含有するコーティング膜により形成される。その他の部分は第1実施形態と同様である。
次に、第3実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は疎水性ゼオライトが熱接着性樹脂層23に替えて印刷層21に含有される。その他の部分は第1実施形態と同様である。

Claims (8)
- 紙基材と、前記紙基材の一面に印刷された印刷層と、前記紙基材の他面に配される熱接着性樹脂層とを備えた積層体により形成され、対向する前記熱接着性樹脂層の熱接着により封止可能な紙製包装体において、前記印刷層または前記熱接着性樹脂層に疎水性ゼオライトを含む吸着剤を含有したことを特徴とする紙製包装体。
- 前記吸着剤を形成する疎水性ゼオライトのSiO2/Al2O3モル比が30〜10000であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の紙製包装体。
- 前記吸着剤が化学吸着剤を担持した疎水性ゼオライトにより形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の紙製包装体。
- 前記吸着剤が前記熱接着性樹脂層に含有され、前記熱接着性樹脂層が熱接着性樹脂の押出し樹脂により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の紙製包装体。
- 前記吸着剤が前記熱接着性樹脂層に含有され、前記熱接着性樹脂層が前記紙基材上に熱接着性樹脂をコーティングされたコーティング膜から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の紙製包装体。
- 前記印刷層が、印刷用インキを塗布したインキ層と、前記インキ層の上層にニスを塗布したOPニス層とを有し、前記印刷用インキまたは前記ニスに前記吸着剤が含有されることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の紙製包装体。
- 前記吸着剤を含む前記印刷用インキまたは前記ニスがアルコールを含まない水性であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の紙製包装体。
- 前記積層体が延伸フィルムを含まないことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項7のいずれかに記載の紙製包装体。
