Claims (6)
- 導電路を形成するショートバーとプリント基板上のランドとの接続構造であって、
前記ショートバーは、平板状の板状部と、前記板状部の表面から段差状に突出した突出部とを備え、
前記突出部の外面における前記板状部の前記表面から離隔した位置にある平面部と前記ランドとが密着する状態で、前記突出部が、前記突出部に対して前記プリント基板の反対側から前記ランドに形成されたランド側貫通孔に挿入されたネジにより、前記プリント基板にネジ止め固定されている、ショートバーとプリント基板上のランドとの接続構造。 - 前記突出部には突出部側貫通孔が形成されると共に、該突出部側貫通孔に圧入ナットが圧入されており、
前記ネジは前記圧入ナットと螺合している、請求項1に記載のショートバーとプリント基板上のランドとの接続構造。 - 前記突出部には突出部側貫通孔が形成されると共に、該突出部側貫通孔を形成する筒状の内側面に螺旋溝が形成されており、
前記ネジは前記内側面の前記螺旋溝と螺合する、請求項1に記載のショートバーとプリント基板上のランドとの接続構造。 - 前記突出部の前記平面部の最大寸法は、前記ランドの最大寸法以下である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のショートバーとプリント基板上のランドとの接続構造。
- 前記突出部は、前記ショートバーに対するハーフパンチ加工により形成された部分である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のショートバーとプリント基板上のランドとの接続構造。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の接続構造により接続されたショートバー及びプリント基板と、
前記ショートバー及び前記プリント基板を収容する筐体と、を具備するモータ駆動装置。
