Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型涉及短路棒与印刷电路板上的焊盘之间的连接构造和具有该连接构造的电动机驱动装置。
背景技术
电动机驱动装置及其他的处理大电流的装置中,具有将被称作短路棒的导电构件作为形成用于供给大电流的导电通路的构件使用的情况。日本特许第2573531号公报记载有一种使筒状导体贯通并固定在设于印刷电路板的孔,使用短路棒将这些筒状导体电连接的构造。
实用新型内容
实用新型要解决的问题
在将短路棒与印刷电路板的焊盘连接的情况下,在由于印刷电路板产生翘曲、凹凸及其他原因导致印刷电路板未确保期望的平面度时,可能无法在短路棒与印刷电路板之间确保期望的接触面积。
用于解决问题的方案
本公开的一技术方案为一种连接构造,其为形成导电通路的短路棒与印刷电路板上的焊盘之间的连接构造,其中,所述短路棒包括平板状的板状部和自所述板状部的表面以台阶状突出的突出部,在所述突出部的外表面的位于自所述板状部的所述表面分离的位置的平面部与所述焊盘紧贴的状态下,利用自所述印刷电路板的相对于所述突出部而言的相反侧插入于形成在所述焊盘的焊盘侧贯通孔的螺钉,所述突出部螺纹固定于所述印刷电路板。
还可以是,根据所述的连接构造,其中,在所述突出部形成有突出部侧贯通孔,并且在该突出部侧贯通孔压入有压入螺母,所述螺钉与所述压入螺母螺纹结合。
还可以是,根据所述的连接构造,其中,在所述突出部形成有突出部侧贯通孔,并且在形成该突出部侧贯通孔的筒状的内侧面形成有螺旋槽,所述螺钉与所述内侧面的所述螺旋槽螺纹结合。

以下,参照附图说明本公开的实施方式。在全部附图中,对对应的构成要素标注共用的附图标记。为了容易理解,这些附图适当变更了比例尺。另外,附图所示的方式为用于实施本实用新型的一个例子,本实用新型并不限定于图示的方式。
图1是表示具有一实施方式的短路棒与印刷电路板上的焊盘之间的连接构造10(以下记载为连接构造10)(参照图2)的电动机驱动装置50的外观的立体图。电动机驱动装置50为用于驱动在机床、工业用机器人等中使用的电动机的装置。在电动机驱动装置50的壳体51的内部收纳有一个或多个印刷电路板20,该印刷电路板20搭载有电源电路、电动机驱动电路、电动机控制电路等电动机的驱动所需要的各种电路。在壳体51的前表面配置有各种连接器类。电动机驱动装置50所驱动的对象的电动机为需要利用大电流进行驱动的高输出的电动机。作为电动机驱动装置50所处理的大电流,例如假定100A~200A的电流。本实施方式的连接构造10可靠地确保短路棒与印刷电路板的焊盘之间的期望的接触面积,而可靠地避免未确保期望的接触面积的情况下可能产生的发热的问题。
图2是表示形成大电流的导电通路的短路棒11与印刷电路板20上的焊盘21之间的连接构造10的概略的侧视图。短路棒11是例如通过对铜板那样的金属板材进行冲裁加工而形成的,根据其使用方式能够以具有各种各样的形状的方式形成。因而,在本说明书中,对构成连接构造10的短路棒共同使用附图标记11。图3和图4分别是表示从上方和下方观察短路棒11的形成有突出部12的部分的立体图。
如图2~图4所示,短路棒11具有平板状的板状部11a和自板状部11a的表面11c以台阶状突出的突出部12。突出部12能够利用半冲头形成。在突出部12的外表面的位于自表面11c分离的位置的平面部12a与焊盘21紧贴的状态下,利用自印刷电路板20的相对于突出部12而言的相反侧插入于形成在焊盘21的贯通孔20c(参照图5)的螺钉14,突出部12螺纹固定于印刷电路板20。平面部12a为实质上与板状部11a的表面11c平行的平坦的面。突出部12和焊盘21在本实施方式中设为圆形(参照图3、图4以及图6),但也可以是其他的形状。从短路棒11供给的电流自焊盘21经由布线图案向安装于印刷电路板20的、例如开闭大电流的继电器31供给。
图5是表示在以包含贯通孔20c的中心线在内的平面剖切连接构造10的部分的情况下呈现的剖面构造的图。如图5所示,在突出部12以与圆形的突出部12成为同心的方式形成有圆形的贯通孔12c,另外,在贯通孔12c压入有压入螺母13。压入螺母13的形成有螺旋槽的圆筒的内周面的中心线与贯通孔12c的中心线一致。如图5所示,突出部12的平面部12a以紧贴于焊盘21的方式配置。以在该状态下将平面部12a紧贴固定于焊盘21的方式,将自印刷电路板20的下方侧插入于贯通孔20c的螺钉14紧固于压入螺母13。在图5中,从容易理解的观点出发,夸张地示出了焊盘21的厚度,实际上,焊盘由铜箔形成,与突出部12的高度h(参照图2)相比的厚度极小。
在本实施方式中,平面部12a的外径(最大尺寸)D设定为焊盘21的外径(最大尺寸)L以下(D≤L)。根据该结构,在短路棒11的突出部12固定于印刷电路板20的状态下,能够在焊盘21的周围的区域20a确保与突出部12的伸出方向上的高度h对应的空间。根据这样的结构,例如,即使是在区域20a产生抗蚀剂的凹凸、印刷电路板20产生有翘曲这样的状况下,也不会受到这些状况的影响,而能够可靠地使突出部12与焊盘21接触。此外,在平面部12a的外形和焊盘21的外形为圆形以外的形状的情况下,通过以平面部12a的最大尺寸为焊盘21的最大尺寸以下的方式设定,并将平面部12a以收纳在焊盘21的范围内的方式配置,也能够得到与上述效果相同的效果。
图6是从上方观察形成在印刷电路板20的表面的焊盘21的立体图。在图6的结构例中,在圆形的各焊盘21的周围形成有抗蚀剂层。图7是从斜上方观察在图6所示的焊盘21的一个焊盘连接有短路棒11的突出部12的状态的立体图。
在以上说明的实施方式中,通过设为在突出部12压入压入螺母13并将螺钉14与压入螺母13紧固的结构,来确保螺纹固定的强度,但如图8所示,也可以在突出部12的形成贯通孔12c的筒状的内侧面12d形成螺旋槽,并使螺钉14与内侧面12d的螺旋槽螺纹结合。图8是表示在以包含贯通孔20c的中心线在内的平面剖切作为这样的变形例的连接构造10A的部分的情况下呈现的剖面构造的图。图8的构造为不需要压入螺母13的结构,是在短路棒11的厚度相对较大且能够确保螺纹固定的强度的情况下有利的构造。
根据以上说明的实施方式,能够可靠地在短路棒与印刷电路板上的焊盘之间确保期望的接触面积。特别是,根据本实施方式,即使在由于印刷电路板的翘曲、抗蚀剂的凹凸等各种原因导致印刷电路板没有保持平面度的情况下,也能够不受这些因素的影响地在短路棒与印刷电路板之间可靠地确保期望的接触面积。
以上,说明了本实用新型的实施方式,但本领域技术人员应该理解的是,只要不偏离后述的权利要求的公开范围,就能够进行各种各样的修正和变更。
上述的实施方式的连接构造(10、10A)能够应用于短路棒与形成在印刷电路板上的具有贯通孔的金属箔箔部分之间的连接。

1.一种连接构造,其为形成导电通路的短路棒与印刷电路板上的焊盘之间的连接构造,其特征在于,
所述短路棒包括平板状的板状部和自所述板状部的表面以台阶状突出的突出部,
在所述突出部的外表面的位于自所述板状部的所述表面分离的位置的平面部与所述焊盘紧贴的状态下,利用自所述印刷电路板的相对于所述突出部而言的相反侧插入于形成在所述焊盘的焊盘侧贯通孔的螺钉,所述突出部螺纹固定于所述印刷电路板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接构造,其特征在于,
在所述突出部形成有突出部侧贯通孔,并且在该突出部侧贯通孔压入有压入螺母,
所述螺钉与所述压入螺母螺纹结合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的连接构造,其特征在于,
在所述突出部形成有突出部侧贯通孔,并且在形成该突出部侧贯通孔的筒状的内侧面形成有螺旋槽,
所述螺钉与所述内侧面的所述螺旋槽螺纹结合。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的连接构造,其特征在于,
所述突出部的所述平面部的最大尺寸为所述焊盘的最大尺寸以下。
