Abstract
Description
図1は、第一実施形態に係る振動デバイスを示す上面図である。図2は、図1の圧電素子及び振動板を示す斜視図である。図3は、図1のIII−III線に沿っての断面図である。図1〜図3に示されるように、第一実施形態に係る振動デバイス1は、振動板10と、圧電素子20と、配線部材30と、を備えている。圧電素子20は振動板10上に配置されている。配線部材30は、圧電素子20を介して振動板10と対向して配置されている。圧電素子20は、振動板10と配線部材30との間に配置されている。以下では、振動板10と配線部材30との対向方向を第一方向D1とする。
図4は、第二実施形態に係る振動デバイスを示す上面図である。図1及び図4に示されるように、第二実施形態に係る振動デバイス1Aは、振動板10及び配線部材30の代わりに、振動板10A及び配線部材30Aを備える点で、振動デバイス1と相違している。
図5(a)は、第三実施形態に係る振動デバイスを示す断面図であり、図5(b)は、比較例に係る振動デバイスを示す断面図である。図5(a)に示されるように、第三実施形態に係る振動デバイス1Bは、複数の振動板10及び複数の圧電素子20を備える点、及び、配線部材30の代わりに配線部材30Bを備える点で振動デバイス1(図1参照)と相違している。
Claims (8)
- 導電性を有する振動板と、
前記振動板上に配置された圧電素子と、
前記圧電素子を介して前記振動板と対向して配置された配線部材と、を備え、
前記圧電素子は、
前記振動板と前記配線部材との対向方向において、互いに対向する第一主面及び第二主面を有する圧電素体と、
前記第一主面に配置され、前記振動板と電気的に接続された第一外部電極と、
前記第二主面に配置され、前記配線部材と電気的に接続された第二外部電極と、を有し、
前記振動板は、前記配線部材側に突出し、前記配線部材と電気的に接続された第一突起部を有する、振動デバイス。 - 前記振動板は、前記配線部材側に突出し、前記配線部材を支持する第二突起部を有する、請求項1に記載の振動デバイス。
- 前記振動板は、前記圧電素子と対向している第三主面を有し、
前記第三主面は、前記圧電素子と対向している対向領域を有し、
前記対向領域を含む仮想的な平面を基準面としたとき、前記第一突起部の高さは、前記第二外部電極の高さと同等である、請求項1又は2に記載の振動デバイス。 - 前記第一突起部の先端部は、前記配線部材側に凸の曲面である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の振動デバイス。
- 前記配線部材は、接着剤により前記第一突起部に接着されており、
前記接着剤は、前記第一突起部の側面を覆っている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の振動デバイス。 - 前記第一突起部は、前記振動板が湾曲することにより構成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の振動デバイス。
- 前記対向方向から見て、前記第一突起部の長さは、前記第一突起部と前記圧電素子との間の距離よりも短い、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の振動デバイス。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の振動デバイスを備える、電子機器。
