Claims (13)
- 植物油を利用したバイオエマルジョン燃料製造装置において、
流入した植物油の不純物を除去し、精製されたオイルを保存するオイルタンク部;
流入した水を水タンク触媒を利用して前処理する水タンク部;
前記オイルタンク部と水タンク部とに接続されて、オイルタンク部から流入した精製されたオイルと水タンク部から流入した前処理された水とを物理的に攪拌して混合油を製造する、混合油生成部;及び、
オイル供給ポンプで移送されたオイルを一時的に保存する混合油生成部と接続されて、混合油生成部から流入した混合油をイオン化触媒を利用して、バイオエマルジョン燃料を生成するイオン化触媒部を含むことを特徴とする植物油を利用したバイオエマルジョン燃料製造装置。 - 前記オイルタンク部はさらに、
流入したオイルを移送するオイル供給ポンプ;
オイルタンク;
前記オイルタンクの上部に接続されてオイル内の不純物を凝集させる凝集剤を投与する凝集剤投入機;
前記オイルタンク内のオイルや不純物を移送させるオイル移送ポンプ;
前記オイル移送ポンプによって移送されたオイルの不純物を凝固させて分離排出し精製されたオイルだけを生成させる遠心分離型デカンタ;
精製されたオイルを移送させる精製油移送ポンプ;及び
精製されたオイルを一時的に保存する精製油タンクを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の植物油を利用したバイオエマルジョン燃料製造装置。 - 前記水タンク触媒は、
トルマリン光油を含む第1の水タンク触媒剤;及び
二酸化ケイ素、ケイ酸塩光油、及びハロゲン化光油のいずれかを含む第2の水タンク触媒剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の植物油を利用したバイオエマルジョン燃料製造装置。 - 混合油生成部は精製された前記オイルを高圧で移送させる高圧オイル移送ポンプ;
前処理された前記水を高圧で移送させる高圧水移送ポンプによる移送で、精製された前記オイルと前処理された前記水のラインを一つに合わせ、物理的に混合させるY字型のインラインミキサー;及び、
混合油を一時的に保存する混合油タンクを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の植物油を利用したバイオエマルジョン燃料製造装置。 - 前記高圧オイル移送ポンプと前記インラインミキサーとの間のラインには、精製された前記オイルの流量を制御することができる開閉バルブ、及び精製された前記オイルの圧力を測定する圧力計、及び精製された前記オイルの量を測定する流量計が設けられ、
前記高圧水移送ポンプと前記インラインミキサーとの間のラインには、前処理された前記水の流量を制御することができる開閉弁、前処理された前記水の圧力を測定する圧力計、及び前処理された前記水の量を測定する流量計を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の植物油を利用したバイオエマルジョン燃料製造装置。 - 前記インラインミキサーは通過する精製された前記オイルと前処理された前記水に乱流が発生するように内周面に複数の突起が形成される構造を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の植物油を利用したバイオエマルジョン燃料製造装置。
- 精製された前記オイルの量と前処理された前記水の量を制御部で、それぞれの圧力計の値と流量計の値を自動的に監視し、開閉弁を調節することにより、油と水との量が一定の割合で維持されるようにすることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の植物油を利用したバイオエマルジョン燃料製造装置。
- 前記イオン化触媒部は、混合油タンクから混合油を移送する混合油移送ポンプ;及び
複数のイオン化触媒群;
を備えており、
前記複数のイオン化触媒群は、前記混合油を順次通過させる複数のイオン化触媒カートリッジを有する少なくとも一つ以上のイオン化の触媒群を含み、
前記イオン化触媒カートリッジには、前記イオン化触媒が配置されるものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の植物油を利用したバイオエマルジョン燃料製造装置。 - 前記イオン化触媒群は、複数備えられ、互いに直列に接続されるか、シリアル及びパラレルの組み合わせで接続され、開閉弁を使用してイオン化触媒群の動作数を調節することができることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の植物油を利用したバイオエマルジョン燃料製造装置。
- 複数のイオン化触媒カートリッジのそれぞれは、
前記混合油内の水に含まれている炭素のイオン化を引き起こす第1イオン化触媒カートリッジ;
前記混合油内の水に含まれる炭素成分と、前記混合油の油に含まれる水素の成分の結合を誘導する第2イオン化触媒カートリッジ;及び
前記第1イオン化触媒カートリッジと前記第2イオン化触媒カートリッジとを通過した混合油を安定化させてくれる第3イオン化触媒カートリッジ;
を含むものであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の植物油を利用したバイオエマルジョン燃料製造装置。 - 前記混合油は前記第1イオン化触媒カートリッジ、前記第2イオン化触媒カートリッジ、及び前記第3イオン化触媒カートリッジの順に前記イオン化触媒群を通過するものであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の植物油を利用したバイオエマルジョン燃料製造装置。
- 前記イオン化触媒は、アルミナ、シリカゲル、ゲルマニウム、マグネシア、マグネシウム、酸化チタン、王石、ゼオライト、リチウム鉱、及びバナジウムを含むものである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の植物油を利用したバイオエマルジョン燃料製造装置。
- 植物油を利用したバイオエマルジョン燃料の製造方法であって、
オイルタンク部内に供給されたオイルを凝集剤と遠心分離型デカンタとを使用して、不純物を除去した精製された油を準備する段階;
水タンク部内に供給された水を水タンク触媒により前処理して、前処理された水を準備する段階;
混合油生成部内で、前記のオイルタンク部から流入した精製された前記オイルと前記水タンク部から流入した前処理された前記水を攪拌して混合油を形成する段階;及び、
イオン化触媒部内で、前記混合油生成部から流入した前記混合油をイオン化触媒を用いて、バイオエマルジョン燃料を生成する段階を含んでいる植物油を利用したバイオエマルジョン燃料の製造方法。
