Abstract
Description
電動機の固定子においてはコイル放熱性能とコギングトルクとはトレードオフの関係にあった。
図1、図2、図3に示すように、固定子1は永久磁石21を備える回転子2とともに電動機を構成する。固定子1は、略円筒形状の固定子鉄心3を有し、その内側に回転子2が収容される。回転子2は、中心に回転軸が貫通された略円柱形の鉄心20と、鉄心20の周方向に沿って等間隔に配列される永久磁石21とを備える。
Claims (11)
- 円筒形状の固定子鉄心と、
前記固定子鉄心の内周面に周方向に沿って配列される第1のコア歯と、
前記固定子鉄心の内周面に周方向に沿って前記第1のコア歯と交互に配列される、前記固定子鉄心の中心軸に垂直な断面形状が前記第1のコア歯の断面形状と異なる第2のコア歯と、
前記第1のコア歯と前記第2のコア歯の一方に組み付けられるコイルとを具備し、
前記第2のコア歯の幅は先端部分とそれより後方の部分との境界で段差又は曲面をもって狭められる、固定子。 - 前記第2のコア歯の先端の幅は前記第1のコア歯の先端の幅と同一である、請求項1記載の固定子。
- 前記第2のコア歯の先端部分は前記第1のコア歯の先端部分と同形状且つ同寸法である、請求項1又は2記載の固定子。
- 前記第1のコア歯は長方形の断面形状を有し、前記第2のコア歯は台形の断面形状を有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項記載の固定子。
- 前記第2のコア歯の先端部分は前記第1のコア歯の先端部分と同じ幅であって、該幅が所定の奥行き長だけ継続する形状である、請求項4記載の固定子。
- 前記第2のコア歯は、前記第1のコア歯と前記第2のコア歯との間のスロットが平行スロットになるように前記断面形状を有する、請求項1記載の固定子。
- 前記第2のコア歯の先端部分は非磁性体のキャップで被覆される、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項記載の固定子。
- 前記キャップは特定材料のフィラーを添加して熱伝導性を向上させたエポキシ樹脂である、請求項7記載の固定子。
- 前記キャップは弾性を有する、請求項7記載の固定子。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項記載の固定子を備える電動機。
- 円筒形状の固定子鉄心と、
前記固定子鉄心の内周面に周方向に沿って配列される、前記固定子鉄心の中心軸に垂直な断面形状が異なる複数種類のコア歯と、
前記コア歯に組み付けられるコイルとを具備し、
前記複数種類のコア歯のうち特定種類のコア歯の先端部分の形状に対して他の種類のコア歯の先端部分が同形状且つ同寸法になるように前記他の種類のコア歯の幅は前記先端部分とそれより後方の部分との境界で段差又は曲面をもって狭められる、固定子。
