Abstract
Description
以下、一実施形態による回転式アクチュエータ(以下、アクチュエータ)を図面に基づき説明する。アクチュエータは、車両のシフトバイワイヤシステムの駆動部として用いられている。
先ず、シフトバイワイヤシステムの構成について図1および図2を参照して説明する。図1に示すように、シフトバイワイヤシステム11は、変速機12のシフトレンジを指令するシフト操作装置13と、変速機12のシフトレンジ切替機構14を作動させるアクチュエータ10と、アクチュエータ10の通電を実施する駆動回路15と、制御回路17とを備える。制御回路17は、シフトレンジの指令信号に応じて駆動回路15を制御してアクチュエータ10を駆動する。駆動回路15および制御回路17は、電子制御ユニット(以下、ECU)18を構成している。
次に、アクチュエータ10の構成について説明する。図3に示すように、アクチュエータ10は、動力発生源としてのモータ30と、モータ30に対して平行に配置された出力軸40と、モータ30の回転を減速して出力軸40に伝達する減速機構50と、モータ30、出力軸40および減速機構50を収容しているケース60と、回転位置検出部80とを備える。
次に、減速機構50およびそれらの周辺箇所の構成について説明する。図4に示すように、リングギヤ51はロアケース部62に固定されている。本実施形態では、リングギヤ51は圧入により固定されている。なお、他の実施形態では、リングギヤ51は、例えばロアケース部62にインサート成形されてもよいし、ねじ等の締結部材により固定されてもよい。
以上説明したように、本実施形態では、アクチュエータ10は、モータ30と、モータ30のモータ軸33と平行に配置された出力軸40と、モータ30の回転を減速して出力軸40に伝達する減速機構50とを備える。
他の実施形態では、減速機構は、少なくとも平行軸式減速部を有していればよい。また、他の実施形態では、ドリブンギヤが出力軸と同一部材から構成されてもよい。また、他の実施形態では、穴部がドライブギヤに設けられ、凸部がサンギヤに設けられてもよい。また、他の実施形態では、歯部が凸部よりも径方向外側に位置していてもよい。

Claims (6)
- 車両のシフトバイワイヤシステム(11)に用いられる回転式アクチュエータであって、
モータ(30)と、
前記モータのモータ軸(33)と平行に配置された出力軸(40)と、
前記モータの回転を減速して前記出力軸に伝達する減速機構(50)と、
を備え、
前記減速機構は、前記モータ軸上のドライブギヤ(53)および前記出力軸上のドリブンギヤ(54)を含む平行軸式減速部(72)を有し、
前記モータ軸の軸方向において前記減速機構に対する前記モータ側を軸方向一方とし、前記モータに対する前記減速機構側を軸方向他方とすると、
前記ドリブンギヤの歯部(73)の軸方向一方側の端(E1)は、前記モータのステータの軸方向他方側の端(E2)よりも軸方向一方に配置されている回転式アクチュエータ。 - 前記ドリブンギヤは、前記ドライブギヤと噛み合っている前記歯部と、前記出力軸に回転伝達可能に設けられている連結部(74)と、前記歯部と前記連結部とを接続しているプレート部(75)とを有し、
前記歯部の軸方向厚みは前記プレート部の軸方向厚みよりも大きい請求項1に記載の回転式アクチュエータ。 - 前記歯部は、前記プレート部に対して軸方向一方にのみ突き出している請求項2に記載の回転式アクチュエータ。
- 前記減速機構は、リングギヤ(51)およびサンギヤ(52)を含み、前記モータ軸の回転を減速する第1減速部(71)と、軸方向において前記モータと前記第1減速部との間に配置され、前記第1減速部の出力回転を減速する第2減速部としての前記平行軸式減速部とを有し、
前記プレート部は、前記連結部から前記歯部まで径方向へ延びるストレート形状である請求項2または3に記載の回転式アクチュエータ。 - 前記ステータは、軸方向他方側において前記ステータのスロット間の位置に隙間(981)を形成しており、
前記歯部は、前記ドリブンギヤが回転するとき前記隙間を通過する請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の回転式アクチュエータ。 - 前記ステータのインシュレータは、軸方向他方側において前記ステータのコイル(38)に対して径方向外側で当該コイルを保持している突起(96)を有し、
前記隙間は、一対の前記突起の間であって、前記ドリブンギヤが回転するときの前記歯部の軌跡(Tg)上の二箇所に形成されている請求項5に記載の回転式アクチュエータ。
