Claims (13)
- 造形テーブル上に金属の材料粉体を所定の高さに均一に撒布して材料粉体層を形成することと、前記材料粉体層の所定の照射領域にレーザ光または電子ビームを照射して前記材料粉体を加熱溶融させた後に冷却固化させることによって前記所定の照射領域における前記材料粉体層を焼結して焼結層を形成することとを繰り返して、前記焼結層を積層して所望の三次元形状を有する焼結体を形成することで所望の三次元形状造形物を得る三次元形状造形物の積層造形方法において、
前記造形テーブル上に前記焼結体のうちの土台部分を形成し、前記土台部分上に前記焼結体のうちの本体部分を形成し、
前記焼結体を形成する際に前記焼結体に発生する応力によって、前記土台部分にクラックが生じるような所定の強度になるように前記土台部分を形成する、三次元形状造形物の積層造形方法。 - 前記焼結体を形成する際に、前記焼結体に発生する応力によって前記土台部分が破断するような前記所定の強度になるように前記土台部分を形成する、請求項1の三次元形状造形物の積層造形方法。
- 前記土台部分の形状によって、前記所定の強度を調整する、請求項1の三次元形状造形物の積層造形方法。
- 前記土台部分が、前記造形テーブル上に立つ複数の支持部材で形成されて、前記クラックが前記支持部材のうちの少なくとも1つに生じる、請求項3の三次元形状造形物の積層造形方法。
- 前記支持部材の形状によって、前記所定の強度を調整する、請求項4の三次元形状造形物の積層造形方法。
- 前記支持部材の大きさによって、前記所定の強度を調整する、請求項4の三次元形状造形物の積層造形方法。
- 前記支持部材同士の間の距離によって、前記所定の強度を調整する、請求項4の三次元形状造形物の積層造形方法。
- 前記土台部分を形成する焼結層の密度によって、前記所定の強度を調整する、請求項1の三次元形状造形物の積層造形方法。
- 前記土台部分に形成されている複数の孔の形状によって、前記所定の強度を調整する、請求項1の三次元形状造形物の積層造形方法。
- 前記土台部分に形成されている複数の孔の大きさによって、前記所定の強度を調整する、請求項1の三次元形状造形物の積層造形方法。
- 前記土台部分に形成されている複数の孔の数によって、前記所定の強度を調整する、請求項1の三次元形状造形物の積層造形方法。
- 前記造形テーブル上にベースプレートを取り付けて、前記ベースプレート上に前記土台部分を形成する、請求項1の三次元形状造形物の積層造形方法。
- 所定数の前記焼結層を積層する毎に前記焼結体を切削加工することを含んでいる、請求項1の三次元形状造形物の積層造形方法。
