Claims (5)
- 所望の造形物を含む造形空間全体を所定の厚さで分割した分割層毎に水平1軸方向に移動して所定の造形領域に粉末層を形成するブレードと、前記造形領域のうちの所定の照射領域にレーザ光を照射するレーザ照射装置と、前記レーザ照射装置を制御するとともに前記分割層毎に水平1軸方向におけるレーザ光の照射範囲を計算するレーザ制御装置と、前記レーザ制御装置から前記照射範囲のデータを取得して前記ブレードが前記照射範囲以外の造形範囲において予め設定されているリコートに適する送り速度よりも速い送り速度で移動するように移動指令を出力する数値制御装置と、を有する積層造形装置。
- 前記ブレードを移動させるリコータヘッドを含んで成る請求項1に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記リコータヘッドを前記水平1軸方向に移動させるサーボモータと、前記サーボモータを位置決め制御するモータ制御装置とを含んで成り、前記数値制御装置が前記モータ制御装置に移動指令を出力することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記数値制御装置が、前記照射範囲に代えて、粉末層を形成しようとする分割層の下層の分割層において前記レーザ照射装置によって前記照射領域にレーザ光が照射されすでに形成されている前記水平1軸方向における焼結層の焼結範囲以外の造形範囲において予め設定されているリコートに適する送り速度よりも速い送り速度で移動するように移動指令を出力することを特徴とするとする請求項1に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記リコートに適する送り速度が予め設定されているとともに、前記リコートに適する送り速度よりも速い送り速度は、前記ブレードを移動させることができる可能な限り速い送り速度である請求項1に記載の積層造形装置。
