- 生体適合性ポリマーからなる繊維で形成された薬剤徐放用シートの製造における、神経損傷治療用薬剤の使用。
- 薬剤徐放用シートの製造における、神経損傷治療用薬剤および生体適合性ポリマーを含有する繊維の使用。
- 薬剤徐放用シートとしての、神経損傷治療用薬剤および生体適合性ポリマーを含有する繊維で形成された不織布の使用。
- 前記神経損傷治療用薬剤がビタミンB12、ワクシニアウイルス接種ウサギ炎症皮膚抽出物またはその分画物、およびニューロトロフィンからなる群から選択される請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記生体適合性ポリマーが生分解性脂肪族ポリエステルまたはポリアクリルアミド誘導体である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記神経損傷が末梢神経の不連続性神経損傷または有連続性神経損傷である請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記有連続性神経損傷が絞扼性神経障害である請求項6に記載の使用。
- 前記シートの重量が1mg/cm 2 〜50mg/cm 2 である請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記シートが神経損傷部位の周辺部に埋め込んで使用するものである請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記神経損傷治療が神経再生の促進によるものである請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の使用。
