Abstract
Description
項1. 表面に凹凸模様が形成されてなる化粧材であって、
前記凹凸模様は、複数の凸部及び複数の凹部が交互に配列した形態であり、
前記複数の凸部は、相対的に高い2つの凸部の間に、相対的に低い凸部が複数配列されており、
前記相対的に高い凸部と前記相対的に低い凸部の高低差が5μm以上であり、
前記相対的に高い2つの凸部のピッチが1000μm以上である、化粧材。
項2. 前記相対的に低い凸部のピッチが、500μm以下である、項1に記載の化粧材。
項3. 前記相対的に高い凸部の幅が、50μm以上250μm以下である、項1又は2に記載の化粧材。
項4. 前記相対的に低い凸部の幅が、50μm以上500μm以下である、項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の化粧材。
項5. 前記相対的に高い凸部の高さが、10μm以上50μm以下である、項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の化粧材。
項6. 前記相対的に高い2つの凸部の間に配列されている、前記相対的に低い凸部の数が、1以上10以下である、項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の化粧材。
項7. 前記相対的に高い2つの凸部の間に前記相対的に低い凸部が複数配列された領域が、ひとまとまりの意匠Aを構成しており、
前記意匠Aが複数設けられることにより、全体として前記凹凸模様からなる意匠Bが形成されている、項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の化粧材。
項8. 前記凹凸模様が、万線状である、項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の化粧材。
図1及び図2の模式図に示されるような凹凸模様を形成するエンボス版(化粧材の凹凸模様とは反転した形状を有する)を用意し、後述の手法により各化粧材を製造した。なお、エンボス版は、金属ロール(鉄製)の表面に銅めっきをし、エッチング後にクロムめっきをして、化粧材に賦形する凹凸模様とは反転した凹凸形状を形成することで作製した。実施例1,2及び比較例1について、各エンボス版の表面模様は、化粧材に形成される凹凸形状がそれぞれ以下の通りになることを目標に設計した。
実施例1,2及び比較例1で得られた各化粧材について、それぞれ、表面の凹凸模様を肉眼で観察し、以下の規準に従って視覚的な凹凸感を評価した。結果を表1に示す。
A:柄を真上から見たときに、柄が明確に見える
B:真上から見ると、Aに比べてやや薄く見えるが、斜めから見ると柄が明確に見える
C:真上、および、斜めから見て、柄が薄く明確に見えない
実施例1,2及び比較例1で得られた各化粧材について、それぞれ、表面の凹凸模様を指で触り、以下の規準に従って触覚による凹凸感を評価した。結果を表1に示す。
A:1度撫でると明確に凹凸が感じられる
B:何度か撫でると凹凸が感じられる
C:何度撫でても凹凸がほぼ感じられない

Claims (8)
- 表面に凹凸模様が形成されてなる化粧材であって、
前記凹凸模様は、複数の凸部及び複数の凹部が交互に配列した形態であり、
前記複数の凸部は、相対的に高い2つの凸部の間に、相対的に低い凸部が複数配列されており、
前記相対的に高い凸部と前記相対的に低い凸部の高低差が5μm以上であり、
前記相対的に高い2つの凸部のピッチが1000μm以上である、化粧材。 - 前記相対的に低い凸部のピッチが、500μm以下である、請求項1に記載の化粧材。
- 前記相対的に高い凸部の幅が、50μm以上250μm以下である、請求項1又は2に記載の化粧材。
- 前記相対的に低い凸部の幅が、50μm以上500μm以下である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の化粧材。
- 前記相対的に高い凸部の高さが、10μm以上50μm以下である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の化粧材。
- 前記相対的に高い2つの凸部の間に配列されている、前記相対的に低い凸部の数が、1以上10以下である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の化粧材。
- 前記相対的に高い2つの凸部の間に前記相対的に低い凸部が複数配列された領域が、ひとまとまりの意匠Aを構成しており、
前記意匠Aが複数設けられることにより、全体として前記凹凸模様からなる意匠Bが形成されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の化粧材。 - 前記凹凸模様が、万線状である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の化粧材。
