Abstract
Description
提供される車両の一実施形態では、第1磁石の軸方向の厚さと凹部の深さとの比は、1:20よりも大きく1:2よりも小さく、好ましくは1:5よりも小さい。これらの範囲内で、転舵角センサは、エンコーダと磁石センサとの間の距離から可能な限り独立した角度誤差を維持するために上記の考え方を維持することにより、回転角度を確実に測定する良好な感度を実現する。
図1を参照すると、図1は、基本的に既知の運転動的制御を備えた車両2の模式図を示す。この運転動的制御の詳細は、前掲の特許文献1から取得できる。

- 車両(2)であって、
運転方向(3)に移動可能なシャーシ(4)と、
前記運転方向(3)に見た後側に前記シャーシ(4)を移動可能に運ぶ2つの後輪(6)と、
前記運転方向(3)に見た前側に前記シャーシ(4)を移動可能に運ぶ2つの前輪(5)と、
前記前輪(5)を操舵するための回転軸(28)の周りにステアリングコラム(26)を回転させるための操舵ハンドル(7)と、
前記回転軸(28)の周りでの前記ステアリングコラム(26)の回転角度(8)を測定するための転舵角センサ(32)と、
を含み、
前記転舵角センサ(32)は、前記ステアリングコラム(26)に対して静止するエンコーダ(34)と、前記回転軸(28)上の前記エンコーダ(34)から軸方向変位する(72)ように配置された磁石センサ(36)と、を有し、
前記エンコーダ(34)は、前記磁石センサ(36)に向けられた上側(48)を有する第1磁石(38)と、前記上側(48)の反対側で前記第1磁石(38)に取り付けられた第2磁石(40)とを含み、少なくとも前記第1磁石(38)は、前記上側(48)から始まる凹部(52)を含み、各磁石(38、40)は、前記回転軸(28)と直交して磁化され、前記磁化(42、44)に関して、前記第1磁石(38)と前記第2磁石(40)は、回転方向(46)で互いに変位し、
前記凹部(52)は、 前記第1磁石(38)の軸方向の厚さ(61)よりも浅い深さ(56)を有することを特徴とする車両(2)。 - 前記第1磁石(38)の前記軸方向の厚さ(61)と前記凹部(52)の前記深さ(56)との比は、1:20よりも大きく1:2よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両(2)。
- 前記第2磁石(40)の凹部は、前記第1磁石(38)の反対側の底側を含み、更なる凹部(52’)が、前記底側から始まり前記第1磁石(38)に伸びるように前記第2磁石(40)に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両(2)。
- 前記凹部(52)及び前記更なる凹部(52’)は、前記第1磁石(38)を前記第2磁石(40)から分離する平面(60)に関して対称的に形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両(2)。
- 前記第1磁石(38)及び前記凹部(52)は、前記回転軸(28)の方向から見て円形の形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の車両(2)。
- 前記第1磁石(38)の直径(50)と前記凹部(52)の直径(54)との比は、4:3よりも大きく2:1よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両(2)。
- 前記第1磁石(38)は、250mT〜350mTの残留誘導、好ましくは300mTの残留誘導を有する永久磁石であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の車両(2)。
