Claims (10)
- 金型と、
前記金型へとセラミック粉末材料を注入するように構成された注入装置と、
前記金型へとガスを供給して、当該ガスによって前記セラミック粉末材料内に空洞を形成するように構成されたガス供給装置と
を備える射出成形装置。 - 前記金型は、当該金型の内部と当該金型の外部とを連通させるガス注入チャネルを有し、前記ガス供給装置は、前記ガス注入チャネルを通って前記金型へとガスを供給するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の射出成形装置。
- 前記注入装置および前記ガス注入チャネルは、前記金型の同じ側または異なる側に位置する、請求項2に記載の射出成形装置。
- 前記ガス注入チャネルに配置された圧力感知構成要素をさらに備える、請求項2に記載の射出成形装置。
- セラミック粉末材料を注入装置によって金型へと注入するステップと、
ガスをガス供給装置によって前記金型へと供給し、当該ガスによって前記セラミック粉末材料内に空洞を形成するステップと
を含む射出成形方法。 - 前記セラミック粉末材料が前記金型へと注入されているときに、前記ガスが前記金型へと供給される、請求項5に記載の射出成形方法。
- 前記ガスが前記金型へと供給される前に、前記セラミック粉末材料は前記金型を完全には満たしていない、請求項5に記載の射出成形方法。
- 前記セラミック粉末材料は、前記ガスによって前記金型の内壁面に向かって押される、請求項7に記載の射出成形方法。
- 前記セラミック粉末材料が前記金型へと供給される前に、前記ガスが前記金型へと供給される、請求項5に記載の射出成形方法。
- 前記セラミック粉末材料は、前記ガスによって前記金型の内壁面に向かって圧縮される、請求項9に記載の射出成形方法。
