Claims (20)
- 基板上の薄膜トランジスタと、
前記薄膜トランジスタを覆う平坦化膜と、
前記薄膜トランジスタの露出部と接続した電極と、
発光部を定義するために前記電極の一部を露出するバンクと、
前記バンク上のスペーサと、
前記発光部に対応する前記電極の上面を除く前記バンク及びスペーサの表面に設けられた紫外線遮断層と、
前記発光部及び該発光部周辺の前記紫外線遮断層上で設けられた有機発光層と、
を備える有機発光表示装置。 - 前記紫外線遮断層は、前記700Å〜2000Åの厚さである、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 基板上の少なくとも一つの薄膜トランジスタと、
前記少なくとも一つの薄膜トランジスタと接続した電極と、
発光部を定義で前記電極の一部を露出するバンクと、
紫外線範囲の光を反射および/または吸収するように、前記バンク上に備えられた絶縁膜と、
前記発光部及び該発光部周辺の絶縁膜上で、前記電極の露出部と重畳した有機発光層と、
を備える有機発光表示装置。 - 前記有機発光層は、前記バンク上に形成されていない、請求項3に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの薄膜トランジスタを覆う平坦化膜と前記バンク上のスペーサをさらに含み、
前記絶縁膜は、前記スペーサの上にさらに含まれる、請求項3に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記紫外線範囲は、10nm〜400nmの波長光である、請求項3に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記絶縁膜は、無機膜を含む、請求項3に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記無機膜は、ZnOx、TiOx、SixNy及びTaxOyの少なくともいずれか一つを含む、請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記絶縁膜は、無機膜と有機膜の交互積層を一対以上含む、請求項3に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記無機膜は、ZnOx、TiOx、SixNy及びTaxOyの少なくともいずれか一つであり、
前記有機膜は、PTFE(Polyetrafluoroethylene)、PVDF(Polyvinylidene fluoride)、PET(Polyethylene terephthalate)、COP(Cyclo Olefin Polymer)及びPC(Polycarbornate)のいずれか一つである、請求項9に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記絶縁膜は、前記スペーサの上部面で開口している、請求項5に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記紫外線遮断層は、前記スペーサの上部面及び該上部面面に続く側部の一部まで開口している、請求項11に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記平坦化膜の上部面に、前記紫外線範囲の光を反射および/または吸収するように、補助絶縁膜をさらに備える、請求項5に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記電極が設けられていない領域に紫外線遮断をさらに備える、請求項5に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記バンクとスペーサは、同じ物質である、請求項5に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記バンクとスペーサは、ポリイミド(polyimide)またはポリアミド(polyamide)からなる、請求項15に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記平坦化膜は、フォトアクティブ化合物(photoactive compound)を含む有機膜である、請求項5に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記絶縁膜は、複数の第1紫外線遮断膜と、前記複数の第1紫外線遮断膜上に備えられた少なくとも一つの第2紫外線遮断膜を含んでいる、請求項5に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記複数の第1紫外線遮断膜は無機膜であり、
前記少なくとも一つの第2紫外線遮断膜は有機膜である、請求項18に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記絶縁膜の最外フィルムはフレキシブルである、請求項18または請求項19に記載の有機発光表示装置。
